"Robert from Contracting Pros was very easy to work with. From initial contact to finishing the job and hailing away all debris. After initially reaching out to Robert he came came by my home with in a few days to give me an estimate. After he emailed the estimate to me I booked him to do the work which he did even faster than the estimated time that it was supposed to take. The siding that he replaced blended right into the existing siding. I am excited to have Robert back to do some more much needed repairs.

"Vellox was amazing. My neighbor recommended I check with them when obtaining quotes for the work on my house which needed a new roof and gutters. Gleyson Olivera from Vellox was the only company rep of all of the other 5 quotes I received who came to my home AND walked me around my house giving recommendations as well as listening to my concerns. The lead time was acceptable, the quotation was competitive and there were no "hidden" extras such as rotten wood add-ons. Also, Vellox was the only company to account for overhangs on my roof and bring the ice and water shield farther up the roof. All of the other companies missed this. I made the decision to go with Vellox and the work was completed in one day. The workers did a fantastic job, the installation looks extremely precise, neat and it's painfully obvious how poorly installed my original roof was. I am beyond pleased. The gutter installs also came out perfect and include guards so I don't have to clean them out again. The team was very professional, neat and timely and I would recommend Vellox Construction to anyone looking for similar work.

"Ronaldo and his team did a fine job. Originally we brought him to estimate the cost of re-caulking a leaking skylight. Ronaldo climbed up to the roof and clearly showed that the shingles in that part of the roof needed replacing (they were over thirty years old). Ronaldo matched the new shingles to the rest of the roof (which was re-shingled twelve years ago), and his subcontractor came soon after to patch and paint the interior leak damage. The heavy rains we've had since showed that the roof no longer leaked.

"Having worked with Ranch Roofing five years ago, I was more than comfortable in having Bob’s team (Todd and Ryan) come back out to finish the rest of the roof work on a large house. The initial job included not just a beautifully installed architecture roof but a skylight, removal of gutters and building out soffits. The most recent job was to complete the roof replacement on the second part of the house, take down the gutters and rehang them (under the roof). Once again, everything was quick and very clean. Ranch Roofing worked the schedule and coordinated to allow the siding team (O’Sullivans) to finish and then come back to complete the gutter work. Bob doesn’t usually do gutters but since the job required rehanging UNDER the roof, he insisted that the quality was up to his expectation and had it done by his team. The only mishap was a young tree damaged during the work but Ryan brought it to my attention immediately and offered to replace. I guess I should also thank Mr. O’Sullivan Sr for teaching his sons (Bob and Tim) on the skills and pride of their work. A nod to Todd for always being available for questions!
