Tom responded to our initial inquiry for a kitchen remodel quote almost immediately when countless others didn't. After he visited our home, he quickly provided us a detailed floor plan for our review. After that, the contract and payment details he presented were very straightforward and easy to understand. He has a show room at his house complete with cabinet and hardware samples that were easy to choose from. Tom has his process down to a science and virtually everything he did was right on point with his eatimated timeline. Basically each week was a new step in the process (sometimes quicker than that). He went out of his way for us many, many times because there was a mutual respect and ease of working with one another. He and his guys were always on time, professional and very personable. They also ensured things were cleaned up very well at the end of each day. We now have brand new, custom-made Amish cabinets that will last forever. Also, thanks to Tom and the other contractors and businesses he works with, we have beautiful new granite countertops, appliances, fireplace and flooring. A note about that, you know you're working with the right contractor when those other businesses have nothing but great things to say about him. Tom and his guys also removed two walls to create an open concept for us. It was incredible how easily this was accomplished. All told, the whole remodel took about about six weeks total. If you're looking for truly professional kitchen work done seamlessly by people who know what they're doing, give Tom a call

I know that no company is perfect, but Pitell Granite comes pretty close. They just finished their third project for me, a granite countertop and island in my new kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. It is beautiful! The kitchen required nearly 35 linear feet of stone. Due to the size of the run, it required a seam, and it is so expertly fabricated and installed that the seam is nearly invisible. The Pitell team was great to work with and the price was very competitive. I heartily recommend them

Kevin & crew did a wonderful job on several different projects for me. This guy has some serious skill and is a true craftsman. Cleanest cut slabs I’ve ever seen from a chainsaw rig! Easy to work with. Will definitely hire again, and I’d recommend to anyone looking to get some quality work done.

Could not have asked for a better team to complete our kitchen remodel. Top notch, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and clean. Tom is a really nice guy. He will take his time to explain the process and he cares about the quality of his renovations. He will not disappoint.

Michael Healy (contractor) and David Morgan (architect) met with us several time and were quite patient as we worked through at least a half-a-dozen options with detailed drawings before we finally decided on a plan. They worked very well together, and clearly had done so many times before. Michael was very detailed in our planning, making every effort make certain that we understood out options and choices, and tried to leave nothing to chance. Micheal's crew took great pains in prep to cover all parts of our house which were exposed to work. Early on, it became clear that there was an error in the renderings that made it necessary for us to make changes in our plans. Michael accepted full responsibility for the error and met us at least half-way on the additional expenses required to make the necessary changes. Most of the workermen were Michael's employees. The lead carpenter and plaster/drywall man were exceptional. In my view, the lead carpenter is a cabinet maker, working as a carpenter. The electrician, plumber, and tile man were subcontractors. The electrician and plumber did fine work, although they were not as easily available Michael's employed workers. The tile man came highly recommended, but we had some complaints about some of his work (although it's possible that one of his helpers did some of the work). The tile detail accents were not level, but with a simple request from us, Michael had the work re-done correctly. We generally accepted Michael's recommendations on businesses to provide needed materials, such as fixtures, cabinets, granite countertops, and glass. In instances in which we did not find what we wanted with these businesses, Michael was quite happy to work with those we did chose. Because of our satisfaction with the overall quality of their work, we added on the replacement of a double patio sliding glass door. As with all other work done by Michael's crew, the work was first-rate - both the installation, and the finish work. This was the first home renovation we have ever done. When we next have similar work done, we'll almost certainly have Healy Construction do the work for us. Positives for Healy Construction are excellent responsiveness, a stated and true desire for the customer to be satisfied, a refreshing habit of taking responsibiity for his crew's and subcontractor's work, and exceptional quality of work. In addition, when we upgraded some items from the standard quoted in our contract, he did not increase the contractor's fee. The only negative is overall price. However, I am quick to add that we were well aware from the outset that Healy Construction would not be a "low bid," and we quite willingly paid above " low bid" for what we believe was excellent overall value

We bought a beautiful 1920s home with a gutted Master Bathroom and no water pressure to fill a tub and flush the toilet. The Healey Company worked with us to design a luxurious bathroom befitting of our unique barnyard chic style. We love 3-form material and their carpenter build our Jacuzzi siding and cabinets using the material. We installed heated floors and marble countertops. However, before that we needed to install new plumbing to make our waterfall showerhead feel like the Amazon versus a cry baby. The Healey Company's painter and drywall specialist were meticulous and precise. Their handy man was helpful and frank with every detail. These guys may be a little more expensive than cousin Joe but they stick with a job until its pristine and thorough

Chris's team did an OUTSTANDING job. Great quality, on time, minimal disruption. Our jobs were in three different locations within the house and it was done on time. Never had such a great experience with a contractor. A+ from us. Will definitely be engaging for other projects soon!!

We contacted many companies in the Pittsburgh area about new countertops--probably a dozen. Troy Granite had about the best pricing and Ertan was very responsible and thorough in answering our many questions. The measuring and imaging of our slab's layout was done in a very professional way. The installation, including backsplash, went smoothly--even though we had some irregularities in our existing cabinets that support the granite. The results are beautiful. Would definitely recommend trying them. Would also recommend Daltile for choosing a granite slab

It's difficult to describe how pleased we are with our fully remodeled kitchen and the work of Tom and his crew. From our initial contact with All Star Custom Kitchens through the fine screw in the final switch plate, Tom was a joy to work with. We had sketched out some rough ideas of what we wanted to have done, and Tom was able to take these ideas and, after several consultations, turn them into a beautiful and much more functional kitchen that has transformed our home. For any service that Tom couldn't directly provide, he put us in touch with experts who were professional and excellent at their craft. I've heard from so many who complain about contractors and the many delays they face when completing a remodel--Tom set a timeline in the era of coronavirus at five weeks, which we thought was optimistic, but he and his crew were done five days short of that. Each member of his crew was courteous, helpful, kind, and patiently answered every question. I can't recommend All Star Custom Kitchens highly enough. You can begin and end your search for a kitchen contractor with Tom

Trademark cabinet owner Jim Seibert did an excellent job. He is professional and courteous. He told us from the start what would be done and a timeframe and he stood by it all. I would not use any other company for my future needs other than Trademark Cabinet.
