    We shopped around for new home construction and this builder came highly recommended by a friend. Even though it wasn't the cheapest option, I am convinced we got the best deal out there. The work quality and attention to detail is unsurpassed. I have dealt with several construction/remodel projects before (in other states) and I was truly impressed by this company. their work also comes with warranty, so they really do stand by their work. if we ever build/remodel anything in this area, this is the only company I'm working with

    I had contacted Rick from GVS for a bid on a home we wanted to be built on a lot site. He was great with his process and answered all our questions. I was able to make good solid decisions about building this home. His pricing was fair and allowed me to all the input I could give in to the bidding process. Although I didn't proceed with the build due to other reasons, Rick was very professional throughout the whole process. Definitely, a great company to do business with!!! :))

    RJ (owner) did a good job from initial contact to completion of project of explaining the costs and method of construction. I explained what I wanted and Fairless delivered. Fernando (Fairless coordinator/overseer) did and outstanding job of coordinating and listening to my concerns. Fernando and Wilber worked tirelessly either directly participating in constructing my casita or assisting the subcontractors completing the project. Fit, finish and construction materials were first rate. I would recommend Fairless

    I chose the vendor based upon the reviews in the Angie's list and based upon the recommendations of the management at Sun City Anthem HOA. The price is only a tad higher than the low bid, but the quality of workmanship is significantly better than similar conversions performed by other contractors on the same model Sun City home (Trenton). I am attaching several pictures. The main project 1 and 2 finished in 36 days, within my tolerance of the quoted time of 1 month. The contractors run into problems with the HOA's architectural review committee,but did not inform me until the project is well under way. So, I took the matter into the HOA's architectural review committee and got variance approved, after spending a lot of effort

    They were very good as everybody said they were. They were wonderful. They kept us informed, we always knew what was going on, we knew what to expect the next day, they cleaned up. Everyday before they left, they cleaned everything up. They did what they promised to do, they were great.

    We did our construction from long distance as well as while we were here. We also own a home in Florida. So much of the work done was in our absense. The degree of communication was exceptional from Fairless. The dates that we agreed to were kept precisely. The time of construction was evenly distributed so differed cres were not over lapping and getting in their way. Once we arrived, the cooperation between the work cres and us, the home owners was outstanding. The cleanliness of each crew (from outside, rooters, stucko, masonry, landscapers to inside; painters spacklers, electricians) was as professional as it gets. We are seasonal homeowners who have had different projects done from our homes in New York to our home in Flordia to now this home in Nevada and we can say with conviction and confidence that this company delievered on ALL of it's promises. We would hearlily encourage anyone seeking home improvements from simple additions to complex projects to use "Fairless" for ideas and suggestions as to bort accomplish the good of the home owner. While construction is never easy this company AND their representitives made it everything we could have or would have expected of them. In fact... they have exceeded our hopes and dreams and created a wonderful experience. Bravo, Fairless!!

    We are at the very beginning of this process. I made an app. over the phone. The decorators came and we discussed several options. I was very pleased with their professional attitude and level of expertise. They were flexible and sensitive to my budgetary concerns.     Overall our experience from start to finish exceeded our expectations. We worked with Fairless Homes remotely (from New Jersey for a good part of the project). This Company excels in communications and follow through. The professionalism of the owner and his team is top notch. They treated our home like it was theirs and the workmanship and focus on excellence was impressive. Throughout the project we knew what to expect and had no issues--when does that happen? There were no surprises or hidden costs. They went above and beyond in consulting with us on the creative design aspects and ensured that every detail was treated with importance. The quality, workmanship, and timeliness was outstanding. We highly recommend them and would use them again and again
