These guys are clean, tidy and well organized.They show up with all kinds of stuff on their truck so they do not have to make many one off trips to pick up unexpected material. &nbsp;I have never seen a roofing team that could use a hot tar mop so cleanly.&nbsp;The owner, Jim, has a lot of experience. He is open to suggestions and alternatives but is honest and candid with his opinion about whether or not something will work. His tip about a bad drainage contour of the roof in one spot was an epiphany moment as to why there had always been a slight leak that we had thought originated elsewhere. Most importantly, he did not overcharge on the unexpected add on work that resulted. I wished that we had used them 25 years ago on another house we had. <br /> <br /> When Jim comes to estimate a job, be sure to have looked into what you really want. He can do many different types of roofing so it is important to know what you want. Also, I wanted a high grade mop on job which meant that I specified extras like pressure treated wood/redwood, heavier 22 gauge galvanized flashing, and colored aluminum roof flashing. Based on past experiences with roofers and what I saw when I was on the roof watching at times, I anticipate that this roof job should last at least 30-50 years. Once again just a total quality job.Obviously, I highly recommend Anderson Roofing!

"I was looking for a contractor to remodel my master bathroom. My preference was to find someone local (within 20 miles) that could do the work. Two contractors I interviewed gave me quickie quotes after spending 15 minutes looking at the bathroom. The third quote was from Daniel Morgan owner of Morgan Construction based about 5 miles away. He took the time to prepare a written estimate that matched my budget. After checking reviews on Angie’s List, I decided to go with them. I could not have been more pleased. Working with them was easy even though we ran into a couple of issues once the walls were opened up. When does that ever happen on a remodeling project?
