He also took off the old weather stripping around the garage door and added a heaver grade insulation about the garage door. The garage door motor arm which connects to the garage door broke off and therefore the garage door could not open and close by way of the garage door motor. The technician retrofitted the damaged piece of the connecting arm on the garage door with a very sturdy metal bar which he then connected to the corresponding motor. Worked like a charm.
