He communicated daily, we always knew what was happening at the site and who would be onsite. He was very careful to make sure design details were satisfactory. He had high expectations of his subcontractors and manages them closely. Quality work! We will use him again on future projects

    Geno, Norm and Danny from Gray Beards were amazing. After many phone calls to other contractors, checking references and reviews, we contracted with Gray Beards to build a 800 sq. ft. casita for my in-laws in late 2021. The construction concluded in March 2022. If every contractor were as professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about their product as Gray Beards does, we would have stellar construction everywhere. Every time the inspector from the City came out (and there were many) he commented by saying "this is the way a house should be built". Everything Gray Beards said they would do they did and each step was done professionally and with pride in their workmanship. My in-laws are now moved in and love their new home. We could not be happier with our choice to contract with Gray Beards. In addition to having an amazing casita, we consider Geno and Norm lifelong friends. Regardless of your needs, before you contract with any contractor, give Gray Beards a call. You truly get what you pay for and will not be disappointed

    Don Burns was the best Contractor we could have ever hoped for. He was not only on the spot with estimates, but worked to uncover items missed on our plans. My wife choose him from his Ethical and moral standpoint. He was very pro active and had great advice with all, and had excellent communications with us. It was easy to trust him and his team's performance was the best

    Mr. Burns was very professional and conscientious. The bid we received was a detailed 5 page list of items and costs to complete the project. All the other bids were 1 or 2 pages of general costs. He's very good at keeping in contact and returning calls. Once the work started it moved very quickly.

At the time of bidding the job, he provided a thorough explanation of what work was needed, the materials to be used, the experience of the crew doing the work, warranties for labor and materials, and the time-line to complete the job. When I needed to reschedule the job, Weston was easy to work with. His crew deserves praise for working steadily and efficiently during those five days needed. Neighbors commented on how especially tidy the crew was, doing an outstanding job of cleaning up the work site every day. I feel like we got everything we needed, and more. I would recommend True Built Roofing, Weston Farnes and his employees for anyone looking into roofing work for their home

    True Built did an excellent job on my tile roof replacement. Weston Farnes was the rep who came to my house and quoted the job. Once the job started he was always available for questions day or night. The crew did a great job and made sure clean up was done each night when they left. I would highly recommend True Built to anyone who needs roofing repair or replacement
