If you are considering hiring Cochran please take the time to read this I have worked for Cochran for close to 4 years. As with any job it has had it’s ups and downs, but over the past year Cochran’s true colors have shined through. In January of this year (2022) I was diagnosed with cancer. My job with Cochran requires a lot of climbing as well as carrying a ladder. When I was diagnosed I was concerned what would happen with my job. I was assured from day one not to worry about my job, just focus on my health. Any help I needed was there, all I had to do was ask. I went through just over nine months of a very tough treatment regiment. Cochran Exteriors was extremely supportive of me the entire time. Checking in on me, bringing me meals, giving me restaurant gift cards, just a lot of reaching out from a lot of different employees, including the owners Once the treatments were completed I wanted to get back to work. Cochran had held my job for me for whenever I was ready to return. Upon returning, I found that I couldn’t really do the job required of me because the damage all the treatments had done to my body. I think most companies at this point would cut ties, but not Cochran. What Cochran did was try to make a position for me where I could still work, but not have the strenuous part involved in my previous job. I have to admit I was shocked at how they went out of their way to help me. I probably shouldn’t have been, because they’ve always shown a concern for their employees. You are here, because you were looking for a company to handle some type of issue on your home. I know these days it’s hard to find a company with integrity, hard workers, a company that is honest and does everything they can to take care of you. I want you to think about something, if a company, goes above and beyond what most would to help an employee, think of what they would do for you as a homeowner, a customer. At the end of the day, Happy customers are your bread and butter. Yes, employees are important, but without customers, you have no need for employees Think a bit more, a company that will bend over backwards to help an employee, think of how hard they will work for you! Every since the day I started at Cochran they have instilled in their employees the importance of integrity and honesty in every job that we do. It is a standard they live by. The way that they treated me and handled my illness shows, exactly what kind of company and organization they are. if you’re considering having any work done and considering Cochran Exteriors, I highly recommend you call them. You will be impressed with their honesty and integrity as well as the work they do. Of course not every job goes perfectly, but any problems, Cochran is the first to step up and take care of whatever is needed. Yes, they always look at the bottom line, but more important, they look at how they treat their customers and customers are what always come first with them. Cochran Exteriors is a very rare company these days. They take care of their employees, they take care of their customers and homeowners. They truly care At the end of the day the owners and management of Cochran Exteriors care about how the day has gone for their homeowners. That’s something we all want and look for. When all is said and done and your job is complete, you will walk away with a very satisfied and happy feeling. Cochran will make sure of it. If you find yourself wondering about this review, I just think it’s so hard these days to find a company that still truly puts customer service first. I felt my story was a good way to show what kind of company Cochran Exteriors is, because of the way they handled me and my situation. "Larry was very responsive. As soon as he arrived and looked at the door, he said it was repairable. He came the next morning, replaced the door beam, fixed the bent, and installed the opener and charged very reasonable amount for that. Within one week, there was problem when one of the rollers came out and the garage door became inoperable. He came again and fixed it and didn't charge anything.
