Contacted Blue Ribbon Roofing. After one day delay in response, I finally talked to one of the Owners. They specified that Blue Ribbon Roofing does NOT do Gutter Cleaning as a separate job but it is often included as part of the other high quality work they do. While they were not able to meet my needs this time I would highly recommend others needing roofing or gutter work consider them in the future - I know I will.

I can’t express enough of my gratitude to John and his team for coming out and taking care of all our roofing and frankly everything needs. Blue Ribbon was excellent during the entire process. From estimate to final project completion, it couldn’t have gone better. They kept me updated during the entire process, and completed the roof replacement much quicker than I expected. They were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs.

My 91 year old mother needed a new roof. I had to work with her uncooperative insurance company for several months to get approval, only to find out that the rotted decking had not been included. Blue Ribbon stayed with our claim for 5 months sending endless paperwork to the insurance company. They were able to make the insurance company pay double what was initially offered to my mom. Roof looks fantastic, clean up was done quickly and throughly. Excellent company with honest and hard working people. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Working with John and his team was a breeze. As a longtime homeowner first time insurance claimer I knew nothing about the process. Trish, his wife, came alongside me to assist in filing my claim. His team came out at a last minute notice to meet the insurance adjuster and I didn’t have to do a thing. I am definitely grateful for a company that still provides honest, good work.
