The time frame they quoted me to get work done was incorrect; the workers they hired to do various aspects of the job were sloppy. Company contacted me immediately after I messaged them through Angie's List. Martin gave me an estimate and set up an appointment. This was a time-sensitive job. The two gentlemen who appeared to do the repairs were prompt and cleaned up well after each day. The faucet change-out turned into a challenge because of the age of the plumbing. They put turbine vents in my roof, fixed some damaged shingles, and fixed some gutters that had been damaged by falling limbs. I've used this service several times before and have been quite happy with the outcomes. This time I had problems getting their representative to establish a date for the work. Contacted the owner (a retired police officer with whom I had dealt before) and was put on their schedule. I provided him with a list of my work projects in advance. Cleaned and aligned gutters all around my one-story house, installed two curtain rods and hung curtains, cut and installed a shelf in a cabinet, installed 2 GFCI outlets -- one in a bathroom and one in laundry room, refinished and painted wall in a bathroom where inserted toilet paper holder had been removed, plus they took care of a couple of other small jobs that I added after they were here.
