"Doors were installed on the agreed upon schedule. Difficulties with the interior trim around the sliding glass door and the outside flashing above the front door. Multiple trips were required to resolve the interior trim at the patio door as installer didn't have all the correct trim pieces. Most of the punch list items were resolved quickly and completely. There are still a couple of other items they need to take care of- currently working with the Door Store to resolve. The doors look great & we would use them again.

"The installation mostly went well. The installer showed up on time, hauled everything up three flights of stairs (making several trips) and worked efficiently. My only problem with the installation was that the sealing and painting of the window frame was left to me, a detail that was never shared until after installation. I feel like Brighton should have made that clear ahead of time. Here's why I won't hire Brighton again. When I put out a request for a quote back in November, the Brighton rep, Steve, was at my building within 48 hours. After accepting the quote and placing a deposit, I barely heard from him. We waited almost five months for installation from time of deposit and, for the first three months or so there was zero communication by Brighton. I reached out and was told that there were supply issues getting my window in which I completely understand. COVID has messed everything up and I know it's not Brighton's fault. This is bigger than all of us. I do wish, however, that someone would have reached out to me just to give me a heads up. From that point forward I reached out every so often for updates, often never hearing back. It was only when I called the office and asked to speak to Steve that I made some headway. The office asked what my call was regarding and I said, "the several emails he hasn't responded to." Following this exchange, Steve was in contact with me but there were constant delays due to weather--which I completely understand--but the reschedule was always, "hey, we'll be there tomorrow." I mean, I have a job. I need notice. I'm not on call for this. And when they cancelled--again, usually due to reasonable circumstances--it was at the last minute. TL:DR - installation was fine, the process leading up to it was enormously frustrating and lacked communication.

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so. The owner of this company, Mirek (Miro), was fabulous. From the first time I contacted him through the end of the project, Miro responded quickly every time I called, emailed or sent him a text. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He helped me with the design of both bathrooms and made great suggestions on what could be done. He has many resources for materials but there was absolutely no pressure from him to utilize any of his sources. Those I did use were fantastic and reasonably priced. The workers, Mario and Andy, were terrific. They were friendly and respectful and were as quiet as they could possibly be, given they completely gutted and rebuilt 2 bathrooms on the second floor of my home. There wasn’t anything those 2 guys couldn’t do from plumbing to electric to construction. They were as meticulous with their work as though they were working in their own homes. They cleaned up every day before they left for the day. Miro and his team showed up when they said they would, finished the project in a timely manner and responded to every question I asked or special request I made. They are so talented and knowledgeable, when they encountered a major plumbing problem, that was no fault of theirs, they were able to repair the issue without the need to bring in a plumber. I can’t say enough about how fine a job Miro and his team did for me. You may find a cheaper company, but you won’t get the quality that Miro provided and at a very fair price. I will definitely call Miro again in the future.
