    Started out well. Technician was very pleasant. When he finished and started putting everything away into his truck, I asked him about all of the dirt on the carpet around all the baseboards. He said they don’t clean that because they don’t have the proper tool. I said ‘so I paid you an exorbitant amount to clean the entire carpet and you are not going to even try to clean against baseboards? His response was, No, I don’t have tools for them at and I understand your frustration’. I asked if some other technician could come with the tools and clean and he said no we don’t have tools to clean around the baseboards. That was all he would say. He did say I’ll have my manager contact you. No one has contacted me. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with the work and will never use Stanley Steamer again. We are out a large amount of money and my 16 year old daughter ended up cleaning around the baseboards in every room! I should have hired her to begin with

    Doug was very friendly and attentive to our needs. He showed up about thirty minutes late to our appointment but apologized and explained that he had an unforeseen delay. He quickly got to work, first cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent. After that, he set to work shampooing our carpets in the main living areas: living room, dining room, hallway, and three bedrooms. He moved only stuff like chairs and tables and put other small items somewhere off the floor. He was able to clean under our beds without having to move them. The entire visit was just under 4 hours. I would hire him again
