THEY WERE PROMPT AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WHY.

I AM THANKFUL EVERYDAY FOR HAVING THIS WORK DONE. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE WITH A DRY BASEMENT IN SEPTEMBER.

We fixed up an old house with a basement in a very bad condition. Before it was repaired by Troy's team, the old walls are deteriorating and water everywhere. The condition is worse than Troy's initial estimate and additional steps had to be taken. New block walls were built and the old cracked Michigan Ledge was rebuilt to reinforce the foundation structure, New interior drainage system, and sump pump was installed. Walls are patched and new wall shields were installed. The old basement/foundation was brought back to life. Troy and his team have done an excellent job.

WATERPROOFED BASEMENT BY REMOVING CONCRETE TO FOOTER AND INSTALLING SUB FLOOR DRAIN SYSTEM TIED TO SUMP PUMP. COVER EVERYTHING!!!! THE CEMENT DUST IS BAD.

WE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID A TOP NOTCH JOB. THEY WERE CLEAN AND ON TIME.

A-1 missed there first appointment when I took a day off work for them to come out. My grandparents also came down from Kokomo for the day so they wasted their time and gas for them to not show up too. So it didn't go well from the very beginning. I choose A-1 because I heard such good things about them. They told me if I have any water in my basement, they would take care of it as I would have a warranty on the waterproofing. They told me I have a different foundation but didn't consult with me when they did a difference process for the waterproofing then I was originally told. After the work was finished they didn't plug in the sump pump so we had water in our basement right after the waterproofing was finished! Scheduling that was a hassle, and my husband had to take a half day off work to be there when they cleaned up the water. Water was still coming in from some cracks they didn't think were deep enough or something to cause any water to come in. They did come back to fix that but now I'm having problems with the drain that they covered in cement. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and look at the drain that they covered in cement. Now we have to have a plumber come out and fix the drain, he's still hasn't given me an estimate on fixing it but it might be expensive. I really would like them to fix these issues and they don't seem to be concerned about water coming into my basement after they got paid for installing waterproofing!

Scott is the only man in town who can perform this type of waterproofing. He is very professional and meticulous.

Mark came to our home talked us to death and never provided quote after we requested a quote multiple times. He never even responded to any of my text messages. I called the office and they assured me he would call and Mark never did. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE ALL AROUND A GOOD COMPANY. EVEN THOUGH THEY CLEANED IT ALL UP, THEY DUMPED DEBRIS UNDER A FORSYTHIA BUSH.

Accu Level showed up on time and gave us a good estimate. Recommended against trenching certain portions of the basement because it wasn't necessary, saving us a fair bit of money. Trenched 70% of basement and installed sump pump and pit. Also, fixed two foundation problems that other contractors could not address. Waterproofed one crawl space. Overall, we are happy. The estimator and crew showed up on time. Basement has been completely dry since the day they left. Our only problem was that the crew got a bit sloppy with the concrete and concreted the sump pump lid to the top of the pit! Also, there was a film of concrete over the entire basement floor that took ages for us to clean up. When we called about the sump pump lid, Accu Level sent someone out within a few days, who cleaned it up entirely.

Mike Bird & his crew were amazing!! We had hired another company to initially do the work (huge mistake on our part~contact us if you want details on that company which is based in Louisville KY) The job was done incorrectly on so many levels & we would have had another flooded basement & another huge mess on our hands. We called Mike & explained the situation & he graciously agreed to come out to the house & check out the situation. He verified the mistakes that had been made & gave us options in order to fix the problems. He was very honest & professional. They were able to take care of our situation immediately. The crew was very professional! Always on time, did the work efficiently, cleaned up the work areas, very polite. They have the best warranty, use the latest technology, & the best pumps, pits, & other materials needed for the job. We were very pleased & satisfied with the work ARW did. They are a top notch company & we would definitely recommend this company!!

RANDY, THE ESTIMATOR, WAS FABULOUS. OF ALL COMPANIES CONTACTED, HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS ON TIME. HE WAS THOROUGH, EFFICIENT, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THE CLEAN UP WAS GOOD. THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT THEY NEEDED TO COME BACK TO FIX, BUT THEY DID SO PROMPTLY AND WITHOUT COMPLAINT. ROLAND, THE FOREMAN, WAS FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE AND COURTEOUS. MY ONLY DIFFICULTY WITH THIS COMPANY IS THE FRONT OFFICE. THEY RARELY ARE AVAILABLE, AND IT'S NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH SOMEONE BY PHONE. OVERALL, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, EVEN THOUGH I WOULD RATHER NOT HAVE HAD THE FLOODING PROBLEMS AT ALL! THE TRUE TEST WILL BE WHEN THE FIRST BIG RAINS COME.

The guys from Wharff did an amazing job! They were punctual, professional, and kept me up to speed an their progress. Their work took 2 days and they did a great job! My basement has been dry ever since, and for that I am very grateful. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

The walls look great after installation. The work did take an extra day, but it is perfect and we are extremely satsified with the final product. The Brightwall system is perfect for a waterproofed basement to make your basement walls look great, without fully finishing your basement. We re-hired Indiana Foundation because of the great work they did waterproofing our basement. Highly recommended!
