We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did. If you face any issue with fire or water damage or need any help regarding other services, I would highly suggest them. They did an excellent job, and it was a fantastic experience to work with them!

After we returned home from our summer vacation out of town, we found that our master bath and bedroom had flooded due to rain and clogged plumbing. When I called the chief executor of Hometown Restoration, he replied quickly, provided a reasonable quotation, and started work straight away. We were delighted with the accuracy of the treatment of water, as well as the quickness through which his workers restored our master suite after insulation removal, flood cutting, and so on. Our home looked nicer than the original! Staff were professional, kind, and meticulous in their clean-up. I would refer Hometown Restoration to others!

I woke up to a flooded bathroom and bedroom, so I immediately called the plumber who referred Supraclean. Well Im glad I listened to my plumber!! Richard and Mike got to work fast.They sucked up the water so quickly with their large extraction machine. Within in no time they had my mess under control. Was so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. Mike is such a nice and polite guy and Richard never stopped working. It was a pleasure having both of them in my home regardless of the circumstances. Most of all they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and did an excellent job. Justin's team were very pleasant and responsive to our water damage. They were very timely, which we appreciated.

They seemed knowledgeable and were pleasant to work with. We never received a quote on the project, although received quotes on part of the project. We heard back from third party vendors that they hire, but we did not hear back from Tool Time. Not sure if the job was too big or too small. If the readers are wondering about the "B" grade, I am grading this time relative to their peer group.

Look, you're not calling a company like FWDR because something happy has happened... Our refrigerator flooded our kitchen - exposing a small, long-term leak that had slowly destroyed our cabinets, drywall, and floors without for years our knowledge. Javier was always able to quickly and patiently answer my questions (and I had a lot of questions), he referred us to several companies to deal with prerequisite issues (asbestos and lead testing and removal), and it felt like he was there to walk us through the whole process. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the patience and consideration Javier, Santos, and Margarita showed every step of the way. They worked with the other vendors and my insurance directly to make sure that no time was wasted between services from different companies, the work was quick and thorough (proof received through testing), and every consideration was given to my family with two toddlers and small home during a pandemic - they did their very best to work around us and our day to day needs. I can't thank them or recommend them enough. Attentive, detailed, courteous, patient, thorough, and going well above and beyond in customer service - you really can't ask for more from a company you never really want to have to call in the first place!

Repipe1 came in, gave a estimate then went right to work next day. It was finished in 2 days with water back on.

He came to fix what i thought was water damage, turned out it was termites. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company referred to us by our plumber saved my house ...Had a bad flood which resulted from a water heater leak that soaked my entire living room. Carlos and his team arrived at my home within the Hour . Carlos was very professional & really help to calm us down. He told us the cost would be approximately $1500-$1900 depending on how long it takes to dry. Long story short, Carlos finished the job in 4 days & charged us $1615 . Everything is now back to normal & we've had no other problems since. We are very happy with this company's professionalism & quality of work.

I have used Chandler's Plumbing several times for small things (toilet valve type of stuff) and also big projects (replacing water heaters). They have always been professional, thorough, and competitively priced (though not very punctual). The price always ends up as quoted or very close. Most recently we had an issue with a leaking water heater that resulted in some mold growth/drywall damage. Ishmael was able to quote a complete solution (mold remediation, drywall repair, replace water heater and leaking valves), meaning I didn't have to reach out to multiple companies and try to coordinate all their schedules together. After I pointed out that his workers tracked dirt all over the carpet, Ishmael immediately offered to pay to have the carpets cleaned (i.e. he took responsibility rather than making excuses). I would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing project, big or small.
