Fire Sprinkler Companies in San Francisco

We were very concerned to see huge bubbles of paint filled with water on our dinette ceiling. Water was dripping from around the fire sprinkler. We called Boudreau's emergency number (it was Sunday night) he couldn't come out that night but made an appointment for the next day. He reassured us that it wasn't the fire sprinkler because that water would be under pressure and this was just drips. I decided to wait. Paul was early for his appointment, told us he might have to take the ceiling apart but wanted to explore and think about it before he went to that extreme. Ended up avoiding that mess; he discovered that although the faucet wasn't dripping upstairs, it wasn't totally turned off and was dripping back out. After a thorough inspection, he turned off the faucet and voil , the leak was fixed!

Very unprofessional! After meeting several times with Jeff Creech to discuss the project, I sent JKM a deposit (for design and materials) of $2,850 for a fire sprinkler system in San Francisco and essentially never heard form them again. After four months of repeated update requests from both Jeff and his father Mike Creech, only to get the occasional technical rhetoric (that should not concern me), I asked to have my deposit back. That was over 1 year ago. I have filed a complaint under the Better Business Bureau with no results. I am now forced to file a small claim. I have been through 3 different fire sprinkler contractors now each with poor experiences is responsiveness and incomplete bidding. What is with this sector of sub-contractors? Is there a company out there that can step up, fully take responsibility to comprehend a project and get it done?

We had an emergency on the weekend, caused by a leak in the pipes that control our indoor fire sprinklers. We had just returned from a trip, and noticed a loud noise and wet wall in the garage. The technician, Mark, was here 1-1/2 hours after I called on a Sunday afternoon. Mark was very professional, thorough, and found solutions for what was a complicated issue. Working on an hourly rate, he did everything he could to minimize the time spent, while still doing an excellent job. Had the leak continued, we would've had a much larger problem to contend with. I would highly recommend Valley Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work, whether routine or urgent.

SOD Home Group completed a major remodel and home addition project for us. We interviewed a few other contractors, but SOD stood out because of their fair pricing, confidence and professionalism. We interviewed two other home owners who had used SOD in the past and they had great things to say about Oren and his group. They transformed our ageing 1600 sq.ft. home into an amazing 2900 sq. ft. that is absolutely breathtaking. Since this was our dream home being built, we were very involved in selecting materials for the project and the SOD team was very accommodating. They also worked well with other contractors like HVAC, fire sprinkler and sidewalk. They executed the job to perfection while coordinating with the city for inspections. They did a great job with everything from the laying of the new foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing. The best part was that they did an excellent job of finishing including flooring, painting, etc. They were very responsive to fixing minor touch-ups even after we had moved in. I would whole heartedly recommend SOD.
