"It was August and my A/C wasn’t cooling the house. I called a few other companies and either never heard back or was told that I needed a new unit. I heard from a friend that Bryant Plumbing Heating and Air was good, so I figured I’d try them. I gave them a call and they were able to make it out the same day. They were polite, professional, and experienced. They diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote, it turned out to be something fixable after all. They were able to order the parts and install them, it was fairly inexpensive compared to the cost of a new unit that I was previously told I needed. Two years later, the A/C is still going strong.
