This is an outstanding company with a very professional crew! The workmanship on the deck building is excellent and the jobsite was so clean after the work is done! Brad the owner has many years of experience and expertise in this area. The entire experience was very collaborative and I never felt rushed/pushed to make a decision with him. The cost was very reasonable and the payment schedule is fair and easy. We will use their service again in the future.

I used this company twice, for this project and typing our downspouts to flow underground to sewer excessive water around the foundation. Very pleased with the the company, personnel and crew. Project was executed promptly and advised with any issues that arose and easily resolved. Only negative was the dirt fill (topsoil) was more clay than better quality soil.

We love our new stone patio! Owner Michael Goetz was very helpful in the stone selection and design process. He and his crew were courteous and respectful and completed the project ahead of schedule. We are extremely pleased with their quality and workmanship and have already recommended Goetz Contracting to friends and neighbors. We plan to hire Goetz Contracting again to add a stone bench wall to our patio.

All work was performed in a professional manor. The old concrete sidewalk and patio were removed and replaced in three days. The final product looks great and drains well.

We hired Goetz Contracting twice for our deck and patio then to extend our patio and add a firepit.Both times he gave us a fair price and did high quality work in a reasonable amount of time. Michael is extremely responsive and catered to the design we were looking for while giving us additional ideas that turned out beautifully. We would definitely hire him again if needed.

They came when they said they would come and finished when they said they would finish. They left the site spotless each day and at the end of the project. They were always very pleasant and professional. I would recommend to others.

Mike was very prompt in providing an estimate for the work and specific details on the work. He worked with us to reach a design we wanted. The work was completed in an efficient manner and his employees were very professional and caring of our property. We needed a patio and deck added to our new home and chose Goetz Contracting based on their positive reviews and thoroughness of the estimate provided. Although we had to wait from September until December to get our deck and patio, we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Mike was very prompt in responding to our request for an estimate for the work and clear about what he would do and what it would cost. He suggested several changes that improved the design of the patio and the deck and provided a drawing showing the work. The work was going to require some damage to the lawn area and he included repair of that area as well. The work was completed in less time than we expected even with some delays due to weather conditions. Mike's men were very hard workers who clearly knew what they were doing and kept us informed throughout the projects. They kept their equipment in our basement and were respectful of our home and were always polite and professional in their interactions with us. They organized and cleaned up at the end of each day and did a very thorough clean up of the entire work area and our basement when the project was finished. The deck is very sturdy and the stairs return to the patio as we wished, a task some others indicated would be difficult. All of the finishes are well done. We were also delighted that lights on the deck and deck stairs were included in the very reasonable price, especially when compared to other estimates that we received. Although some final landscaping and lawn repairs remain to be done, we are confident that it will be done to the same high quality when the weather allows Mike and his crew to return for those tasks. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike and his crew to others and have, in fact, already done so.

Goetz Contracting were extremely professional. They were polite and discussed issues with us before proceeding with the project. Their craftmanship was detailed oriented with the finished product, adding a beautiful addition to our home. Mike and his crew always left the worksite in a clean and orderly fashion. We were very happy to find A Plus Concrete & Foundation repair. They did a tremendous job!! Joe & his team came to our house last month to repair old crumbling foundation blocks. The team was fantastic! The old broken blocks in our foundation were repaired quickly and efficiently. Thank you! The team power washed the side patio above our garage per Gary, the owner's, suggestion. We're grateful Gary suggested removing the old rubber coating on the cement. We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. The patio looks amazing and is now leak free. Thank you! I will be recommending your company to my family and friends.

I am sure this job was an absolute nightmare for Gino. I had an existing, very thick (nearly 2 ft thick) cement patio that was done only about 3 years ago. It was cracked, unsightly and dangerous b/c of how high it was on one end. It had to be demolished by jack hammer and removed by hand b/c I have a privacy fence and gate that could not accommodate machinery. Once removed, Gino redesigned the entire patio, making it larger, lower (and safer) and added steps in appropriate places. His skills are remarkable!The new patio is a beautiful exposed aggregate which compliments my house perfectly. He and his crew worked tirelessly for days until the job was finished and flawless. What was once an eyesore is now a beautiful outdoor room. Thanks again Gino!!

He was wonderful and was prompt, I even gave him a key to my home. He also replaced my roof a couple of years ago and he was great! He is punctual and has wonderful work ethic.
