Recent Review: We have used Hutton Painting for several projects. Each time the experience has been exceptional. Shane and Cole keep in touch throughout the process. The crews arrive on time and work the whole day - do not disappear for hours on end. They spent a lot of time prepping the deck sanding by hand as well as hand taping each metal spindle on the deck! The result is beautiful. The stain is even and looks great. I would highly recommend this company.

Recent Review: Not enough can be said about the integrity, ethic, and dedication of Leo and his crew. To make a long story short. Talk is cheap and few people actually live up to the hype. We had 6 people come look at the roof before meeting Leo. Five ran away without even a quote. So when Leo said I'll use commercial grade materials with a lifetime ownership warranty, and have it done in three days. In my head I laughed. He did everything he promised, in the time frame he promised and threw in a few extras. If your looking for quality construction at an affordable price. Choose Wolfe's General contracting.

Recent Review: We purchased a home and needed the deck replaced. After researching, we chose Richard Feldser. A salesman came out immediately and showed all options. We made our choice. The price was quite reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. Our deck is so beautiful! It’s our favorite room! We would definitely recommend them!

Recent Review: Ray took the Shed "kit" that I had ordered and turned it into a palace! Lowes had quality issues with this shed and no longer sells, so I thought I would get a bargain on the shed and customize it to overcome the manufacturing defects. Ray took it to another level with his improvements and at a cost that was much less than I had budgeted.

Recent Review: I first contacted Higgins Professional Wall Covering and Painting, Inc. back in late April based on the excellent reviews they had received. We anticipated purchasing a townhouse in mid-June that was going to need complete interior painting, some fixing of wall cracks, and deck work. Cory Higgins immediately responded to my inquiry. Over the course of the next month, he kept in contact with me about this future work. I provided him with as much information as I could about the room dimensions and the nature of the work we anticipated would be needed based on having been inside the property only once and using the measurements from the sale listing of the house. Sight unseen, Cory committed to do our work and sent me a detailed estimate only a few days after our first contact. I was beyond relieved to have such a highly-recommended painting company agreeing to do extensive work on a property they wouldn't gain access to for over a month. When our closing date was moved up from mid-June to the end of May, Cory was able to arrange a walk-through of the townhouse at an earlier date to accommodate our new timeline. The very next week they started! They spent a total of 7 days meticulously working on prep, painting, and deck work. Chuck was there every single day. Cory spent a good deal of time working there as well, and another helper rounded out the crew. We left the house in their hands, even giving them a spare key to let themselves in & out whenever they wanted. My husband would stop by on his lunch hour to see if anything was needed. These men were polite, professional, and very respectful of the house. Their ability to accommodate our needs and their quickness to respond is amazing -- they set the bar so high that no other company could come close. They cleaned up so well you would never have known a crew of painters had spent 7 days in the house. We are thrilled with the quality of work. Their work transformed our townhouse into the place we imagined it could be when we first saw it -- the deck alone looks like its brand new. Higgins made our vision into a reality. You will find no better wall covering, painting, deck-work company. Higgins did incredible work for us, and they should be the first and only company you call.

Recent Review: Jerry and his team did an amazing job of building new steps off of my deck. It did not have steps down into the yard previously, so they cut out a section and built exceptionally sturdy steps that matched the rest of the deck. Jerry is a delight to work with, highly communicative, honest, and fast (both with quotes and with the actual work). I plan to hire CL Construction again for several other projects around my home.

Recent Review: I had been told that I needed a new deck but Chris said he could refurbish the existing deck, and at a much lower cost than a replacement deck would have been. He came when he said he would, he had good ideas, he did excellent work, and he saved me a bundle of money! He has my highest recommendation.

Recent Review: It has been a couple years since we used them, but since the email showed up this morning, thought I would write my overdue review. It was a new deck at my mom's house in Butler that was likely painted too soon after it was built so it kept peeling..looked like it was 20 years old and never taken care of. Anyway, Imageworks came in in did what it took to fix it. We had issues with the "fix" as well?BUt imageworks didn't stop trying until it was fixed and we were satisfied. Super professional, pricey but worth it. A VERY good experience. Highly recommend

Recent Review: Better living was extremely responsive and helpful even though my project was fairly small. I had a very hard time getting other contractors to come out for a small project. They worked through all the city permit issues, then came out and demolished my old deck and build a beautiful new one in about a week. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Recent Review: We have used John before and he continues to be a pleasure to work with. He promptly returned our call asking for an estimate. He came out within the week to provide an estimate and was able to start on the job the next week. He is always easy to work with and responsive to our questions and concerns. He does quality work and his crew is extremely professional and courteous. We have no problem referring him to our best friends.

Recent Review: It went great. Dustin was responsive and friendly. Quote was much less than our deck builder would have charged. We had this done last summer and we have had no issues with it as far as leaking etc. The job took 1 day and he was able to come sooner than originally estimated. He even fixed a downspout that our deck builder had left unattached. Highly recommended.

Recent Review: Allow me to qualify my review. I’m skeptical by nature and cynical from experience. I worked construction for 10 years and owned retail businesses for years. I know quality from garbage and hard work from slacking. To best measure the quality of our new deck we waited a year to submit our review. I’m delighted to say our new Trex deck remains beautiful & superbly built. Geotz Contracting owner Michael Geotz is one of the finest contractors I’ve had the privilege to work with. The quality of work from start to finish was first rate. Communication was excellent, schedule was on time, entire crew was courteous, kind and skilled. Michael promised me- “I won’t leave this job until you’re satisfied”. Usually such talk is BS. But upon completion there was one thing I wanted changed. A change beyond the scope of my contract. Nevertheless Michael made the change right away at no additional cost. He’s a man of his word. Our deck is one story up on the rear of the house. Walking on the old wood deck made it shake. The railing posts were poorly supported and too far apart. The railing had a top rail, but no bottom rail. Balusters were nailed to the outside joist. It was dangerous. The old deck caused water to leak into our basement. Our new deck is unbelievably sturdy. The railing posts are boxed into the joists below the deck and reinforced with multiple rugged mechanical fasteners. Leaning against the railing couldn’t be safer. Railing posts are encased in a perfectly color coordinated Trex material. Posts also have built in lighting. Railings have a proper upper and lower rail with elegant balusters. Geotz Contracting flashed the house watertight, completely eliminating the old leaks. We are 100% satisfied customers. I know Geotz Contracting’s calendar fills up quickly. I recommend contacting Michael ASAP so you can enjoy your new deck this Summer. A big “Thank You” to all the folks at Geotz Contracting.
