This guy is a real pro! The original installer came out and gave up on the problem, and I never heard from them again. Duke came out, and diagnosed the issue in an hour. He even submitted the request for a part under warranty, received it, and came back to install it 2 days later. The cost was very reasonable. Thanks Duke!

Outstanding! We decided to invest in our home and add central air conditioning. And given that our furnace was nearly 30 years old, we had that replaced at the same time. Using Angie’s List, we considered 4 different contractors for this job. All of them were certainly competent, but Allied Aire stood out for us. The owner, Arnie, took the time to understand our needs and he had a really great way of explaining the mechanical details. He also helped us understand an option to significantly reduce the noise output… something that none of the other contractors even considered. The statement of work from Allied Aire was substantially more detailed than the other contractors, which helped us to better understand the work and components involved, along with the cost. And their quote was clearly the most reasonable. When it was time to start the work, the crew introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing over the course of 2-1/2 days. We were very appreciative that the crew respected our home as if it were there’s. Every day, they placed thick drop clothes on our floors to keep them clean and undamaged. When they brought in ladders, equipment and the HAVC parts, they were extra careful not to scrape or damage the walls or furnishings. And every night, they removed the drop clothes and left the house as clean as they found it. The crew worked well together, they kept us informed and importantly they always checked in to get our input whenever there were choices to be made (i.e. routing of wires and pipes, placement of smart thermostat, etc.) As we watched the crew perform their work, it was clear that they knew what they were doing, and they did it carefully while paying attention to the details. When the job was completed, the crew took time to show us everything and explain both the functionality of the HAVC components as well as how to operate the new smart thermostat. We love our new, efficient and very quiet heating and cooling system. We are very grateful for Allied Aire… professional, diligent, considerate, and reliable. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. We do a lot of our own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but we found SOD Home Group to be by far the best construction company we have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Oren is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with. Everlast ConstructionThis is the second time we hire Everlast Construction, this time it was much bigger project last time we just moved in couple years ago we did basic remodeling and some cosmetics. This time we expand the home did really complicated remodeling in 2 phases. Our PM was Ariel he was the once who managed the first project, this time when we called we ask for Ariel and they told us he don't really does that anymore, when we contact him directly he was immediately told us he will be the one who will manage it for us. We would hire them anyways but we already know Ariel he know us it feels so right that he just jumped in we didn't even ask him to do it for us. The process was very good, The work came out to be catalog photo, we are so happy that we hire them the second time for this project.- Terry V.

SOD Home GroupAs remodels go, there are always issues only exacerbated by covid. The team reworked the schedule at extra hassle to the workers when the tub arrived cracked and introduced 2+ week delay. They sought feedback and quickly course corrected when we were not aligned. They seamlessly absorbed change orders like AC installation in tight spaces. The chandelier was perfect for the space addressing multiple design challenges...and i understood that they had to build a platform as my ceiling height wasn’t accessible with all ladders. The overall design was elegant and addressed numerous challenges (kitchen is really a study in small spaces...it feels so much open than before without moving a single wall). The quality of the finished product is really remarkable. When i was burglarized (broked into lockbox), they immediately arranged for locksmith to help resecure my home. Due to unforeseen delays and change orders the work took 3.5 months vs our original estimate. They made sure every item on my punchlist was addressed and with quality. Service Champions Heating & Air ConditioningThe technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated.- Wayne W.

SOD Home GroupSOD Home Group did a large scale remodeling project at our house. The remodeling included most of the sections like kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, patio driveway and more…. They did a fabulous job. Oren and his large team of people proved to us how they knows what they are doing. After we interviewing several companies for this large project, we had to go by different companies reps which most of them did wonderful advertising but failed to perform. SOD Home Group are by far very professional & well oriented. We worked with the pre-set schedule that was provided to us by Oren and all the changes that came up during the actual work, were given with an update. GOSAL AIR CONDITIONING & HTGGosal did a great job with the entire project, right from arriving for inspection to providing the quote, and still sticking with the quote even though the actual project was started many months after the initial quote (due to COVID precautions). Excellent worksmanship to cut out the old unit (the previous owners put closet door after the unit was put in place) and replace with new one, despite confines of space.
