I HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. FROM THE BEGINNING THEY GAVE ME TEN SAMPLES TO TAKE HOME TO LAY ON FLOOR TO GET AN IDEA OF WHAT I WANTED. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEIR PRICES WERE VERY COMPETITIVE. THEY DID EVERYTHING EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THEY DID CARPET REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF NEW CARPET. THEY ALSO HELPED ME TO PICK OUT THE CARPET.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. EXCEPT FOR ONE THING. I ASKED THEM NOT TO SMOKE IN THE HOUSE, BUT WHEN I CAME HOME ONE DAY THEY WERE SMOKING A CIGARETTE. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO PUT IT OUT THEY DID.

THEY PUT IN A NEW SHOWER AND SHOWER HEAD. THEY INSTALLED NEW CERAMIC TILE IN THE BATHROOM.
