    The entire experience was very good, very professional. Nick, the owner, was extremely punctual and was here every day verifying that the quality of work he said was going to be done was actually performed. He used subcontractors to take care of the stucco work and they were exceptionally good at what they did. The quality of the work that he and his crew did was perfect. His level of communication for any issues or changes was excellent and he was very responsive throughout the entire process. When they came to start the preparation procedure, they were here every day until the job was finished. I interviewed several painters for this work and proposal and many of them claimed that they could do everything. I was impressed with Nick especially, because he had associates and others that he could hire to do the specialty work that needed to be done in preparation for painting, and he did not claim to be able to do everything to that standard of care. The outcome was excellent. Without hesitation, I would use him again. He and his crew were very professional, punctual, and performed the highest quality of work that exceeded my expectations.     Nick was very quick to respond to initial contact. He came out to bid the job quickly and painted it the next week. They took extra precautions with everything. The floors were covered by baseboards, furniture was moved and covered. They were quick and very clean. The crew was very nice. I can't say enough good things about them. My building maintenance man and the flooring company were very impressed with the quality of the work

    Excellent! The painters showed up on time each day and took care to clean up after themselves each day, too. They also did an extra job that involved fixing/painting the ceiling around a chandelier in a high ceiling. All very professional and Joe inspected each day.

    Appearance of a water stain inside led to detection of roof weakness where water was penetrating the roofing structure. Joe recommended a roof diagnostician who got go the bottom of the problem, repaired it and with Joe’s stucco work, caulking and special paint sealed and delivered. Joe saved my day — and the sale of our home in good conscience

    GREAT. Project started out in our mind to simply replace three gable areas of our home with new siding. John (of John Anderson Building Contractor (JAB)) showed up as scheduled for the initial visit and spent a lot of time with us, making some great recommendations on how the different siding materials would integrate into the existing home look and how we might save some money in our approach. We settled on James Hardie siding for the three gable areas and Heidi promptly got us a detailed quote which we found to be very fair. Before JAB started, our reroof (by another contractor) identified some other areas needing residing. Again, the quote we got from Heidi was fair and prompt. JAB started and completed the residing on schedule - zero issues. Before the painting was scheduled, and because everything had gone so smoothly, we elected to close in with new siding two windows above our main entrance. Again, quoted and completed as promised and with zero issues. JAB was enjoyable to work with and John and Heidi remained engaged from initial contact thru completion of painting, which also happened on schedule. We are very happy with our decision to use JAB, that we added work scope to the initial project, and with the outcome. Throughout this engagement, it was clear to us that John and Heidi are client-focused and go out of their way to ensure everything JAB does is done right and as promised. It is also clear to us why JAB consistently gets 5 star ratings
