Minneapolis Electrical Switch Installation

Great job. I met Craig in September and he was responsive and got a job done quickly for a townhouse I am selling. I asked Craig how much he was per hour and he stated $50. We contacted him for some work on our home to fix some lights that were not working. He put new switch boxes in place. The time was two hours and the cost was $207. We tried emailing him to get a better understanding of how this could be so costly and he has not responded to that message.

Went well. 1st came out to provide estimates. They were responsive and informative. The main thing was the septic pump tank - but asked for estimates/ advice for other items. Josh came out later and switched out an outdated switchbox for the septic pump tank and fixed the 3-way switch witout problem. Everything worked well - staff courteous, friendly and professional.

I first phoned and left a message with the companies answering service. Later in the same day I received a call back from Scott, but was not able to take the call. Scott left a message as well as an email address for contact. I responded via email that same night and received a return email within one hour. A preliminary appointment was set for an estimate of work needed and costs for a few days later, and then a second appointment was scheduled for the next week for the actual work. On the preliminary appointment Scott arrived right on time and was extremely courteous and friendly. I enjoyed talking with him, and he helped me determine exactly the type of replacement switches to purchase ahead of his installation appointment. On the actual service day Scott again arrived exactly on time and efficiently conducted all the work requested. I am very pleased with his work and the overall professional experience from Courtesy Home Repair. I highly recommend Courtesy Home Repair, and definitely will be using their services again for all my home repair needs!

I called Amy at their office and she was very helpful in scheduling the work to accommodate my schedule. She sent 2 electricians that were very professional and did an excellent job. They charged me for 1 hour of work and gave me the $15.00 Angie's List discount. The previous owner of my home had cut the wiring for the security flood light on the outside of the garage and they rewired and added an light switch box and installed a new security flood light. Amy had recommended that I purchase the security flood light at Home Depot to save on costs. A few days after they did the work I called Amy to get an electrician to reset the sensitivity on the security flood light since it was turning on because of squirrels in my backyard. 2 electricians came back and reset the security flood light without charging me. Brothers electric does excellent work and are very reasonably priced. I am planning to use them again to replace the 2 outdoor lights on my house.

The tech was on time. He knew what he was doing and he didn't say much when I said it was iffy for 10+years and I admitted to not using the switch.

Electrician arrived on time and performed work without any issues. Electrician installed a new light switch, outlet and replaced bad breaker. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I felt the price was a bit high for the amount of work done but realize Electrician's, like plumbers are not cheap. Will use again though.

It wong great. There was a charge for being a Saturday but the cost of the fix and new light switch was good. Very professional and thorough, he answered questions and explained the work. I'd hire again.

Initial issue with contact back to me - very apologetic. Thereafter, two personable, professional men came on the appointed day and time. We reviewed the issue. The problem was resolved immediately. I knew that I had a small problem to fix and it would be difficult to get anyone out for it - to the credit of Randy's Electric, they made certain I got the best "bang" for the dollar. Also rec'd a coupon a coupon from them to apply against future business. I was very pleased overall and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous service! I figured the bathroom light switch was bad, but after trying to tighten the wires myself, the light went from flickering to completely dark. Because my handicapped mom uses that bathroom, I needed it fixed asap. My usual electric-repair company didn't have anyone available same day, so I checked Angie's List and called Brothers Electric. Amy was incredibly nice and helpful. She wasn't sure if one of the guys would have time for a same-day appt, but she promised to check into it. I was very grateful that Jeff could make it later in the afternoon. He arrived, diagnosed the bad switch, installed new ones, and was on his was in less than 15 minutes. (Heck, I've had electricians and plumbers take longer than that to go get something from their truck...) Paying for a pro on a simple job like this might not always be worth it. But I know it would have taken me A LOT longer to go buy switches and install them on my own, so I'm glad I hired Brothers Electric. And thanks to their friendly, helpful staff, I'll definitely use them again if the need arises.
