    We had Affordable Fence and Gates install a 200 foot fence line with 3 gates and a side 16 ft double swing driveway gate at our house last month and it could not have gone better. I recommend this company to anyone WITHOUT RESERVATIONS. Dave Zolondek, the estimator was highly professional, catalogued everything with photos and returned a 15 page estimate with professional drawings, photos and line byu line estimate of costs. This was so refreshing after 2 weeks dealing with the big names in local fencing that blew off calls, emails and formal requests on their websites. One guy finally came out from one of them, looked at the fence and 3 hours later provided a hand drawn estimate that looked like it was drawn by his third grader. Beware out there. Affordable is professional, lives up to their promises and performs superbly. The installation team further lived up to this standard. Steven, Rey, Eziekel and Andrew worked hard and ensured the job was done correctly, with superb attitudes. Steven went above and beyond several times ensuring that the job was done at the highest standards. This was not the simplest of installs with a few custom issues that Steven just ensured worked, even though he had to redo one of two things that looked below expectations or were not anticipated in the original design. He just made sure everything was right all along with a cheery disposition. Steven deserves a raise. These guys were great. Bottom line. Anyone wishing a corrugate steel fence (mine was 7 ft tall with an 8 foot driveway gate) should definitely talk to them. But should also beware of the companies that don’t seem to have the time for you or give you a quote with a sketch and single dollar quote. Affordable will treat you well. They took 4 weeks to get out for the estimate and 6 weeks to start the job (done within a week) but that's because of all the work out there. I have no reservations about the time or the price. Perfectly fair. I have very rarely felt so good about contract work like this. This job was perfect

    Excellent! I highly recommend this company. Dave who came out and did the estimates was knowledgeable and professional. Provided great and thorough quotes. Good communication from Nick in the office when products were manufactured and ready to install. And Jason, who did the install of all three products, was fantastic! He knows his stuff and came back and fixed a few things to make sure I was completely satisfied. I have gotten compliments on my new gate and privacy screen, and I would definitely call on them again

    MOST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE WORKED WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE and during a market experiencing a labor shortage because of a pandemic…as a customer, I would have never known. 10 stars!! We could not be more thrilled with the process and outcome of ordering two custom security doors, a custom gate and ninety linear feet of seven-foot-high fencing. Planning process: The initial representative to get started was 10 stars. Clayton arrived on time, was patient, extremely knowledgably about the products, the realm of the possible and provided suggestions. He clearly understood pool requirements, as we took those requirements into our build for a future pool installation. Our emails and text exchanges were timely and thorough as we made some design changes during the planning process. Again, Clayton went above and beyond, and was a pleasure to work with on this effort. Payment process: Coordinated with Lynn and Krystal on deposits to get started and payment in full. 100% professional, timely receipts, transactions – no upcharges or hidden costs. Such a professional business. Fence / Gate execution process: Team of two arrived on time for the fence installation and they were work horses! Andrew and Reynaldo (Ray) ensured the fence was 100% level, talked through the project with me before beginning and engaged us as homeowners when there was a question to ensure our expectations were met. At the end the fence and gate install were PERFECT. Andrew’s cuts, welds on site coupled with his overall positive and upbeat personality – again, an incredible experience and 100% satisfied. Security Doors: Jason and a teammate were careful with our existing framing, set everything up, installed the doors (two doors in under two hours) and cleaned up shavings / debris following installation. Extremely professional and thorough. Follow up: The back door lock was a little too tight and Nick was out the next day to adjust. Rockstar. Took the time to answer a question on a future effort we plan to conduct, patient, polite and again – so professional. Conclusion: Affordable Fence and Gates (Pictures attached) is what every other company should strive to achieve…there is clearly a lot of behind-the-scenes training, and it was clear to me each person I engaged with at this company was a true believer in their product / service and each of them provided exemplary customer service. Excellent customer service is such a rare characteristic anymore and to experience it across the entire company is so refreshing. I will be adding another gate in the future and front yard custom fencing – I will not even consider looking to another company for these future efforts. In closing, a true thank you to those mentioned above and the countless others behind the scenes that built such incredibly beautiful doors, a gate and fencing. Thank you
