Los Angeles Exterior Trim Repair

All went well. Did what they said they would do, very price competitive and included services and products that others would have charged for. The only complain I have after two years is that some of the nails used in the flashing are popping up and I am repairing with screws on my own. Didn't contact the contractor about this as I am OK repairing on my own. No leaks after two years which is the most important. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Reliable, customer focused and fair in price; words I would use to describe Eder & EDN Coating. Personally, I feel most contractors on Angie’s List that are decently rated will do a good job, so I look at the price and person(s) I’m letting into my home and asking myself if I can trust and rely on them since that is so much harder to find. From the start Eder came off as professional and respectful; he called to confirm our initial appointment, he showed up on time, sent me an estimate that day and quickly addressed all my questions via email. When the job started, Eder and his crew showed up every day on time and cleaned up before leaving. We did a 15mins walk-through each morning to align on the plan for the day and ensure the work was meeting my expectations. If there was something that didn’t meet my expectations or a change I wanted, Eder quickly addressed it and in most cases without an added cost since his goal was to ensure I was happy with the work. At the end, I am happy with the job and I plan to use him again in the future.

Everything was easy. We called and he came out to give an estimate. We liked him and decided to use him. He arrived on time and completed the job that day.

The repairs were excellent. The details of what I wanted down however were not transmitted correctly from the order desk to the person making the repairs. I asked to have patched a 5 foot x 10 foot section of drywall but the order taker somehow changed it to 5 inch x 10 inch. The repair guy showed with not enough material and had to go back and get it. I was not billed for any of this and was home for the day anyway so not really a bother to me but for someone with limited time it could have been a deal breaker. Everyone was apolgetic for what happened and the quality of the work was great as was the repairman. Overall I am satisfied and would use again.

Ever see a garage and cringe from the exposed beams and just how dingy it looks due to being unfinished? Yeah, that was my garage! Now it is bright and cheery (due to the sunny yellow paint I picked), but most of all it looks great because it is finished and actually has walls! Les, the owner, and his sons came on Wednesday the 25th and were totally done with my garage and painting of my exterior trim on my house by Sunday the 29th. Extremely professional all the way through the process, and it was actually his professionalism that made me decide to go with his company versus others we received quotes from. Was very informative, explained the different texture options and thus price options and was still willing to negotiate prices with me before starting the work. First day I came home and was shocked I had walls, they literally got the garage enclosed in a few hours! As I was walking into my front door, I realized that his crew actually filled in the gaps in the wood on the trim, he was making sure it wouldn't be just scraped and painted but look good! Very impressed! Next day I didn't see too much difference, but him explaining the process ahead of time, I knew not too since they needed to do the plaster in stages. Third day, the walls were textured and the trim was starting to get some paint, was really looking good! Fourth day, the garage was painted and the trim was totally done, love how nice it came out, big difference from what it was before! Fifth and final day, the garage paint was finished off and Les' son even helped me to move appliances back in place and then swept up. They didn't leave any mess behind, and the work overall is just stunning. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

I've used Radii Construction numerous times. They are always punctual, exceedingly professional and know what they are doing. While this was one of the smaller projects I used them for, it is a good example of just how they always go above and beyond to do the job right. I know I sound like an advertisement for them, but I have used other contractors in the past. These guys know what they are doing. That is why I continue to use them. I don't use the other guys.

I had a leak in my garage roof and Jerry came out the next day and did a complete roof inspection. He pointed out that I had some tiles that had fallen off. His crew was out the following day and did the reroof and replaced the missing tiles. Also he pounted up all the cement caps even though it wasn't discussed. They also replaced a piece of damaged facia. No extra charge! Jerry told me that he can't walk away in good conscience without a complete job. I would highly recommend All Star Roofing.

Chris and his team replaced the roof in a day and a half, including carpentry repairs for deteriorated beams and 1 x 6's. They removed a heavy wall air conditioner and repaired the wall and stucco, along with the other stucco repairs. They painted stucco and trim quickly and well, and after we had a new garage door put in, they painted the molding that the installer had added so that it would match the rest of the exterior trim. There was a wait of about three weeks for the windows to be delivered, but Chris's guys got them in quickly after that. We are very please with their work and the way the house looks now.

Daryl does excellent work. He is knowledgeable and careful to get everything right. He is always on time, kept me informed of schedule changes and accommodated my schedule.

The Contractor came over to provide estimates on the desired work. The cost estimate was very reasonable. The Contractor came over and performed the work in a very professional manner, and dealt with some of the issues that came up very effectively. The Contractor worked very diligently and meticulously. The biggest difficulty had to do with installation of a refrigerator. Granite countertop needed to be trimmed for the purpose of making room for the refrigerator in the designated slot. Despite much difficulty in getting the refrigerator to fit, the Contractor was able to solve all of the problems associated with the refrigerator installation.

Albert and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Prompt, responsive, very professional, very knowledgeable. Retrofitting a cabinet to instill a new farmhouse sink is not an easy task - one needs a professional who knows what he is doing. Albert knows what he is doing. He is a cabinetmaker, and although we didn't need him to fashion new cabinets, he did need essentially to break down a substantial portion of existing cabinet to accommodate the new sink, retrofit it, add wood supports, and redo the exterior trim to match the existing cabinets and look aesthetically pleasing. He worked very well with me, as the designer of the project, and helped me come up with a design that worked, was very well built, sturdy, and looks beautiful. Everything they did was careful, thoughtful and thorough. Albert is very personable and kind, and I enjoyed working with him very much, and look forward to working with him again.

Alvarado was terrific. This house was built in 1926 and has many quirky features. What looks like a straight forward repair usually becomes a challenge. Alvarado started on the harder jobs, the exterior trim and the transition/thresholds. He had no problems working with the odd dimensions of the house. He did a fabulous job. I'm very pleased with the results. While he as tightening the kitchen faucet, he noticed that the cabinet doors were uneven. He asked if he could straighten them. Of course, I said yes. He quickly and efficiently fixed them and went on to the next project. I had a couple of questions about some other work and how they could be done. He examined each one and provided good information

Tony and his crew did excellent work. Tony contacted me right away and arranged a time for an estimate. He was very busy at the time but told me when he would be able to begin and was very up front about costs and time estimates. The work was completed in the amount of time that he promised. I especially liked that Tony was very good at communicating via email and phone and returned calls as soon as he could when I had a question. The patio cover is beautiful. Thanks Tony.

Mr. Handyman was here as scheduled and I found the workers to be very friendly and helpful. They did an extremely good job and I plan on using them in the future for all of my around the house jobs.

I was satisfied and pleased with their job. They were very thorough in their preparation. They had to mask the work area including sidewalk to prevent things from falling. They did a very good cleanup later. They found some termite activity in the wood and I called my termite company to treat it. They had to remove some boards to treat the termites. Mares Painting prepared some additional boards at a reasonable additional cost and installed them.
