Dallas Bay Window Installation

Great product. Friendly, easy to work with. They kept me notified step by step and they were on time.

I had a need for a crack repair in my car, and at the same time a fogged bay window. They were able to quote both. while the windshield repair was not the lowest it was competitive. Their quote on the bay window was excellent. The work done by the window installer was quick , painless and all within the aspect of the quote. They were professional in every way. The best I can say is that I did not have to chase them, they responded promptly and met all promises

They organized this and scheduled it very well. We wanted a colonial look in the windows and they complied. And, they suggested a slight tint to deflect the sun. Installer was top notch. No delays, on time as planned and no problems since.

Don't know if the price was high or low as we only got one bid. Called for three bids but the other two never responded. That's a common problem here. Anyway, these guys were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would, and finished a complicated task in one day. Good job all around.

Went great! Lynn Foster came when he said he would, showed me my options with samples. Had another guy come and measure and installation was easy and smooth. Called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely use him again. Great job!

They came in when they said, finished the job in one day and they were done. Price wise, they were very competitive and as for their responsiveness, they came the very next day.

They are all single hung, double pane, with low-e argon filled. They installers were good and professional. They didn't clean the windows, so we had to clean them after they left. After we were cleaning the windows, we noticed there were little scratches and nicks here and there. However you can't notice it, unless your up close. They did all the work in two days.

I really would like people not to use them. We had to have the whole job completely redone. It was just a disaster. Both the installation and the workers were bad. The workers left their dirty sweaty shirts in my house. They left cigarette butts and Coke cans in my yard. When they were removing the window, they just took a sledgehammer and bashed the bricks out on our house, instead of cutting them with a saw. Then, when they put the new sliding glass door in, they tried to frame it and hide all of the bashed away bricks with 6-inch wide pieces of Pine wood. We're in Texas and our whole house is bricks. We don't have any Pine on our house. The windows were crooked. They used corner molding to try to mold the door. We finally decided to wave our hands and scream, "Stop. Get away from our house. Don't touch anything else. You are destroying our home." Then the guy put a lien on us so we wouldn't be able to sell our house or do anything unless we paid him. He wanted all of the money even though we asked him to leave and he was half-way done. He said if we didn't pay him the entire $7750, he wouldn't remove the lien on our house. It was horrible. It was really, really bad. We actually had to get a lawyer involved. We settled for half. We paid for half of the work so that he wouldn't do the lien and then had to have a lawyer sign off on it. So, we had lawyer's fees. Then, we had to save up for three years to afford to have somebody else come in. They had to tear all of it completely out and start completely over. They have huge billboards around Dallas. I would say, "Stay away from that guy." I don't even want him near my property ever again. He was so nasty.

We had quotes from Anderson and Champion and very good recs from friends who had used these providers. I also have a buddy of mine that has remodeled and flipped 15-20 houses and he has used Windows Expo many times and the cost for a normal window would be plus or minus $500. We saved over 50% from the other two companies and their installation crew was really professional and punctual. We love our windows and the job that they did.

Juan did a great job and was professional and pleasant to have in my house. This was a very complicated job because a flat window was installed on a concave brick base. There were some complications along the way but the owner, Mark called me and walk me through it which I really appreciated. The outcome was amazing and opened up the entire back of the house. Overall we had a very experience with Brennan. We got a competitive price offer from Sean Behl, who told us a lot about how great these windows would be. We've now had them for 9 months, and everything he said about them was true. They keep out heat and sound while letting in a lot of natural light (very important for us). Willy and his crew were terrific at the installation, very professional, and at our request were extra careful about lead paint for our family's sake. Our one disappointment was that Sean had told us that we could have casement windows in the bays, but when the crew showed up with the windows, they told us that the bay openings were actually taller than their longest casements, so they had to make the window aperture a few inches smaller by putting a board across the top. If we had known about this, we probably would have skipped the casement windows and kept the full height of the aperture instead, but it was too late for us to change that by the time they were already here to install the windows. Other than that, everything went extremely well and we're very happy with our new windows. The 12-month 0-interest financing option has been great too.

This company was a pleasure to work with. Pricing is excellent and the workmanship is top notch. The windows have made a huge difference in the way the home looks and the I can definitely tell a huge difference in temperature control. Much more efficient than the old metal single pane windows. My parents are also getting windows replaced by Foster after seeing mine. Thanks for everything!

Working with Fosters was great. From the initial contact to the completion of the work and even a follow up a week or two after, Fosters was professional and helpful the entire time. When they first came to give an estimate, they were on time and gave a great presentation about the product, the company, and answered all our questions. As we went through the process of getting estimates from several companies, another company suggested something for my bow window area that I really liked, but I didn't like that company. So I contacted Fosters and they came out that afternoon with their installer to see if they would be able to do that work. They explained what they would have to do and gave me an estimate of the cost. There price was very reasonable and similar to all the other companies we met with. When it came to ordering the windows, they again made it very simple. And when installation day came the crew did a great job. They covered things that could get dust on them and they covered everything in our baby nursery. The installer said they take extra care anywhere kids might be. When the work was done, they left the house clean, not dirt in sight. The bow window change was a bit of a harder job and took them a little while, but they got it done and it looks fantastic. The sales man we worked with, Logan, came to the house the day of the install to check that everything was going well. The owner of the company contacted me about a week after the install to check that I was happy with the work. Logan again came back later that week to install some caps on my casement windows that had popped off during the install and told me to contact them if anything ever comes up. Very nice and helpful company. Fosters does require half the payment when they order the windows and the other half at the completion of the work. Don't let this little thing turn you off to this company. They are great!
