    I looked high and low for an outfit that would make my curtains from fabric I had bought online. Most of the outfits are "turnkey", meaning they only provide full service, and the fabric must be purchased from them. One of these companies was kind enough to refer me to Joseph Tharp's workroom (aka Accent Windows). I worked with both Kim (the receptionist) and Joseph (the designer). They were able to provide exactly what I wanted and at a very reasonable price. Joseph came out to install the drapes. He was punctual, friendly, and did a fast and efficient job of installation, including a very thorough steaming. I highly recommend

    The drapes were taken down for cleaning within two days of calling for an appointment, and we were told to expect it to take up to 6 weeks to get them back owing to the tremendous flood damage to homes in the Houston and surrounding areas. They were ready in 6 weeks and came back fresh and looking new again. Several pair I had not been able to drape over furniture to keep from getting wet had residual silt stains on the bottom, However it appears that careful brushing with a soft brush is removing the silt bit by bit so the stains are barely visible. The blinds cleaning and upholstered furniture cleaning happened on the same day after the carpeting and tile flooring and baseboards were installed. Sheetrock dust was everywhere until the concrete floors were finally covered, so there was no sense in doing the cleaning until that was done. Again, the cleaning was scheduled within two days of calling for an appointment. And by this time Coit was swamped with calls for help from flood victims. We considered the cost for all the services to be most reasonable and highly recommend this company. We have FEMA insurance and will likely be reimbursed for the expense, but if we did not have it the cost would be affordable. Coit Drapery Cleaners have been around for decades, and my Mom and a dear Aunt had recommended them some 5 decades ago. They were right. The sheetrock installers also recommended Coit.     Coit took my call quickly and stopped by to give me an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable and they let me know that they would guarantee clean, beautiful drapes. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as they took my drapes back to the shop. They brought the drapes back in a few days and hung all five panels. They did a fabulous job and the drapes look brand new

    They did a great job. Two young men came on a Saturday. They were professional and good. They were a little bit late, but they called me ahead of time and let me know they were running a bit late. Not only did the crew call, but the office called as well. They were very friendly. They explained the entire process and costs prior to doing any work. It took them about five hours to complete the job. The only downside was the carpet in the den remained wet for almost two days, but other than that, they did a great job. They are expensive, but they are worth it

    The provider arrived promptly when scheduled. After a brief inspection they went to work removing the blinds. They took the blinds to their truck and washed/sanitized, and dried them. As each dried they came in and reinstalled and repaired any damaged blinds. We had 14 blinds to service, and they were here on a Saturday for about 3 hours. They are a family run/small business, which I like very much. The owners did most of the work personally, taking the time to explain as needed. They even found time to play with my dog and help my daughter draw pictures on the sidewalk when she asked for help. We had been wanting to do this for years, and now the house feels that much cleaner

    Very good, initialed we sent the curtains to them, but they told me that they pick them up and take them and when ready they installed back. I did that in another set that we did not sent the first time. The service is very good and accommodating to best time for the customer.

    They were good, efficient and they were very professional. The only thing is that their price was high but I couldn't really compare them with others because I knew that it was usually very high. I can say that it was worth the money. They were expensive but I got a good buy for it. I will use again in the future

    I am beyond impressed with Steam Commander. They were on time, actually early, called me to confirm they were on their way, and EXTREMELY knowledgable. Cody, the owner, went through the ENTIRE process with me from start to finish, explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. The technicians were in uniform and overall neat in appearance, which is very rare these days. I never thought in a million years my carpets could look this good again. In fact, I was going to replace all of the carpet in my house, but because of the job Cody and Vance did my carpets look brand new. They have the best truck mounted equipment and use steam cleaning only. My tile and grout also looks brand new! I will definitely be using Steam Commander again
