Recent Review: These were by far the best cleaners we ever have had. They were courteous, thorough and very hard working. I thought we would need to replace our ceramic floor in the hallway but they got it looking like new and were on time and friendly also. Afterward they resealed the tile grout too.They wore masks indoors , came right on time and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning or restoration services! Recent Review: Tim came out to do an estimate. I hired them to do the work but the pandemic held us up. Tim was very understanding that we didn't want to take any chances contracting the Corona virus so we decided to check with Tim. After a few weeks were comfortable to have the work done the end of May. Tim and Ken showed up promptly, and told us it would take 2 days. Ken went to work and completed it the second day, we hardly even know he was here. Ken completed the scraping, grouting, caulking and sealing. WOW what a difference, Ken did a terrific job. Thanks Groutsmith for a job well done!

Recent Review: They cleaned and deodorized rooms with dog urine. The tile has never been so clean. They even cleaned my baseboards in the kitchen and scrubbing under the utility sink in the laundry room.

Recent Review: We used them. They are okay. They have to come back because they left a foam in the carpet. Their prices were reasonable. They did the job about a year ago. I don’t remember the exact price I really don’t. They have to come back because when we walked with our socks on our socks get sticky to it. The second time they did it when they put water on it and suction backup it work fine. They also clean our grout in the kitchen, dining room and hallway and they did a really good job on that. Responsiveness, they were very good with that. The only thing I did not like it they tried upsale all the time.

Recent Review: Was very thorough. Results looked good. Cleaned up the work area when he was done. Got a quote from another Angie's List vendor whose estimate to do the same work was three times higher.

Recent Review: Chris acid washed the tile to remove soap deposits, then removed and replaced the existing caulk and grout. He also cleaned the fixtures; they now shine like new. We opted to have the grout sealed. The process took two days. Chris did an amazing job! The tile now looks beautiful and brand new. I'd recommend this option to anyone considering replacing tile that has lost it's luster. If there was one thing I could change, it'd be to find a better way to protect the tub while working (maybe tape a tarp or thick sheet of plastic around it); there was one scratch made in the tub when Chris was removing the old grout. We should be able to touch it up it's a little bit of a bummer. Overall, Chris is a very careful and conscientious worker and we are happy with the results.

Recent Review: This is the best experience we have ever had with any contractor. He initially came to bid, then within a couple of days, provided us with a complete professional job description from start to finish, along with bid, and the contract. Once we set the start date, that first day, and every other day after he showed up right on time. If he was going to be a few minutes late, he called. Unheard of to be sure. As for the job... everything went flawlessly. The demo was much less dusty than I expected, due to Tom's planning. He pays attention to the fine details. The tiling he did is flawless. Every joint crisp, and clean, every tile placed with thought. He tiled most of the bathroom and shower. Then he used the Onyx shower base. Not in my original plan, but glad to have it. Looks great and worry free. We have an older home (1910) with old untrue walls. Tom’s tiling was so precise that it actually visually made the room appear square. He replaced the bathroom window with a glass block window I designed to make it look like a leaded glass window which matches well with the age of the home. It is beautiful as is everything else I would recommend Tom for any job. As a matter of fact, he is finishing up on a second bathroom mini project here this week. We had a toilet leak that required a new floor. Tom did the tiling there too. You will not regret calling Tom Jackson. It is as worry free of a home renovation experience a person can have.

Recent Review: Went well in time frame given. Workers would always ask us for our opinions if faced with design options while working. Always on time. Customer service very good. Family run. We used them to have our basement remodeled in 2008. One negative was how our floor tile was laid. We used marble tile bought from The Tile Shop and not theirs. First application needed to be grouted with another layer because a few tiles were raised up. I wished we had asked them to lay one more layer or somehow fix the tile. Still have a few small pieces sticking up.

Recent Review: Argi Tile, LLC was the answer to my prayers! We attempted a DIY that became a bit more than we could handle. We received a call back about our inquiry on Monday, met with Argi on Tuesday, and the project was completed on Friday!! Argi and his family are attentive, professional, and all around great people! They worked with me on a budget and I could not be more pleased with how the finished product looks. No matter the project size, Argi tile is the best choice for tile work in the twin cities!

Recent Review: Allen arrived on time for bidding out the grouting of my shower. Very thorough job of explaining the work needed and possible additional work that may be needed after job was started. The day of the job, Allen arrived on time and was finished in about 5-6 hours. His work was fantastic and the $340.00 was well worth it! After the job, Allen explained maintenance of the grout and tile and also how I should seal the grout twice a year. Overall, the experience was excellent and would recommend him for any grout job.

Recent Review: After having the Grout Doctor remove and replace all the grout in our Master Shower, we had him look at the grout in our bathtub where we having some small leaks. Having him replace the grout near the tub made it look great and stopped the leaks. Again, they were on time, performed efficiently and cleaned up well after the job was complete.

Recent Review: . They made an appointment that was the most convenient for me and arrived right on time. They gave me an estimate which included some extra grinding with a diamond saw but when they actually started working they decided not to do that so it ended up costing me .less than I had expected. They discovered a leaky in the faucet while they were working and we had to call a plumber. Tiler and plumber were able to coordinate their work very well and the project was finished within the predicted timeline. The people who came in to do the work were very friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves beautifully.

Recent Review: The provider was very responsive. He came out to give us an estimate, which was double the amount of what we purchased for "the deal." There were only some minor repairs to make and it was not extensive at all. The price did not seem to be right.

Recent Review: I needed to have grout repaired in two showers, and on the floor of two bathrooms. I found Rapid Re grout on Angie's List, and called Dan Holm. Dan came out right away and got started. He did a great job, and all three bathrooms are now like new! He was prompt, very neat, easy to work with and did outstanding work.
