Very professional service. Installer came out to remove and replace a very old kitchen-aid dishwasher. The new dishwasher was replaced by a home warranty company. The installation was very professional and while he was doing the install he noticed some new connections were needed due to the age of the old dishwasher. Instead of leaving, ordering parts, and rescheduling for another day, he gave us the opportunity to go to Lowe's and pick up what was needed while he removed the old appliance. Was very careful to not break or scuff the ceramic kitchen tile as it was partially laid under the dishwasher. He also gave us helpful hints on what type of detergents and dry rinse we should use. Very personable and professional service

This is a wonderful company-- very professional. I had an "emergency" with a leaking dish washer and David was able to come out that same day. In a very smart move, he asked me to shoot a photo of the dishwasher's model number so he could have parts ready on his truck for repairing the dishwasher without having to make a second trip. Another company had told me they couldn't repair the dishwasher same day because they didn't carry parts on their truck. Once David arrived he was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the dishwasher promptly. I enjoyed his courteous manner and I really like the fact this is a family business. I will definitely use this company again

Christie's is by far the best appliance sales and service place in Tucson. I shopped them all this time around when our dishwasher died. The salesman, Bradley, was nice, friendly, and easy to work with. He answered all my questions without ever making me feel like he was selling me anything. It was like having a coffee chat with a neighbor. The conversation only got better when he quoted me the price for installation and told me that it could be done in less than a week. No one else in town could beat that. Our installer, Henry, called when promised this morning to give us a window and then called later to say he was running ahead of schedule. YAY! He was also nice, friendly, and easy to work with. He got the job done quickly and efficiently without feeling like he was trying to rush out the door. At the end of the day, my out the door price after delivery, installation, and haul away of the old washer was about the same as everywhere else, but the people give it that extra edge. This was my third time in the store and my third purchase in the last 10 years. Each time has been as awesome as this one. I love Christie's and would highly recommend them for all your appliance needs

I called Pete's Refrigeration mostly because they are practically around the corner from where I live. A very nice woman answeredthe phone and said they could have someone out the next afternoon, which was perfect timing for me. He was on time - actually they called and asked if I was available for him to come early, and I was - and got right to work. He asked a few questions, took off the innards panel of the dishwasher and get the water flowing again. He also gave me a tip on how to keep this problem from happening again. There are alot of minerals in water here and he suggested running a cycle every couple of months with a strong vinegar solution to keep the minerals from building up. Thanks, Pete's Refrigeration, for getting my dishwasher running again and for the helpful tip

Manny was great! He was clear in the before work estimate and the actual cost was very close to the estimate. I expected there might be some difference, since he was installing a dishwasher and garbage disposal where there had previously been none. Manny was doing the final install of the appliances, after the carpenter and electrician had done their work. He accomplished both tasks quickly and professionally. I will use him again if a need arises

The dishwasher repairman was supposed to arrive between 11am and 3pm on February 25, 2013. He called at 12noon and said he was not Bosch qualified and would let the office know so they could send someone who was Bosch qualified. The office called (Jennifer) and said they would send someone. About 4:30pm, a repairman called to let us know he was on his way. He showed up at 5pm and we explained the dishwasher was appaently not draining as there was a good amount of suds remaining on the floor of the dishwasher. He used our vinegar to rinse the dishwasher and pronounced it doing okay, charged us $75.00 and left. Two days later, I used the dishwasher and it still presented the same problem only this time the timer also was not functioning properly. Once again, I called ACE and they said they would definitely send a Bosch qualified repairman on Friday, March 1, 2013, between11am and 4pm. He was a no call, no show. I called ACE and left a message regarding the no call, no show. My husband then found a company recommended by Bosch and called them on March 4th, 2013. The Bosch qualified repairman arrived on time, March 5, 2013, diagnosed the problem and repaired our dishwasher. It has been working fine since then. After the ACE company failed to repair our dishwasher in a timely manner with a qualified repairman, we have received two messages from a repairman explaining there was miscommunication in the office, he had been on vacation, two people had called in sick and he wanted to come out and repair our dishwasher. Since we had such a disappointing and frustrating experience with ACE, we chose not to respond to these messages. My husband found someone qualified to do the work! NO, we have not requested a refund as it would probably lead to another hassle. My husband, however, did cancel our appliance insurance company as they recommended this ACE and it proved to be a bigger problem than the dishwasher itself
