Alan (the estimator), the guy who did the pressure washing, and the guys who did the coating, were exactly on time, and answered all my questions. It was okay, they didn't offer me anything in exchange for the flat roof pressure roofing. They will only do the flat roof washing if you purchase services from them, so the deal terms were unclear.

Excellent job. Our grout and tile, when we moved into the home looked grungy. We've now been here 10+ years and it looks worse! Carpet Police came in and thoroughly pressure washed and sealed the tile. It looks like new. Great job!

Alfred Velasquez was recommended by a sub-contractor during a recent master bath remodel. He painted both the master bath and bedroom and did a great job. We asked him to bid on painting the exterior of our home and coating the roof with an Elastomeric product His bid was the best and he and his crew completed all of the work in 4 days (in our current triple-digit temperatures!). His attention to detail is superb; he is prompt and reliable; and he and his crew are friendly, extremely helpful and clean up the area following every work day. This is the second time we've employed Tim at Wild West to work on our room. We had an excellent experience the first time when he recoated our roof and replaced skylights. Most recently, Tim repaired small stucco cracks, pressure washed our entire house and repainted the entire house and railings. Our home is suspended on a hillside, is not very accessible and is a real challenge to work on because of its setting. Tim is absolutely meticulous in his work. He can be relied upon to do the work efficiently and perfectly - we know he would never do less than an excellent job. In spite of the challenges of our home's location, his results were fantastic! We cannot recommend Wild West highly enough. If there were A+'s to give on Angie's List, he deserves them

Five Star Painting
Pressure washer didn't seem directly employed by the same company, but it wasn't a problem. The washing seemed like it could have been more thorough, there was debris still on some tin awnings. Actual painting crew was uniformed, professional, clean. We are very happy with the result, house looked like new. James came by and carefully reviewed the work and talked to us about what to watch and how things went with a lot of attention to detail

The Sure Fix LLC
The estimate was 7/20 and work started 8/6/2012. The work was delayed due to rain once for a week and a half. The carpentry was done first and looked great. There was a delay of 11 days for rain. Did have to remind to pressure wash after started to tape to paint. Not good about showing up on days stated would be there. The painting done well looked good. After done noticed four places that were cracked. They stated would be back next week to scrap, caulk, and repaint a eave and paint the front stoop. $200 left to pay on final bill for this. It has now been 2 weeks 4 days and they have not been back. Weather good too. Meanwhile so disgusted about the cracked paint I scraped sanded then Primed and chaulked the areas myself.. Painted them after two weeks of no show. Two of the bad areas I had pointed out on before they started the job-where the porch connected to the roof. Good painting but lousy prep work. The front stoop still not done and need an adjustment to front storm door. So hope they will come back for that and remaining $200 balance on the bill

It worked out really well. I think I sent an email to them and then he called me like I don't even think it was 24 hours later when I bought the deal and that is one thing I am really happy about. His response was incredibly prompt. He came out the next day and he took pictures. When I bought the deal I already knew I had a problem. I really like his solution and he came out the next day. The first job is they did pressure washing and repaired an area on the roof and then they foamed. The second job was the metal roof that wasn't covered and the patio has been enclosed. He asked me if I wanted to cover it with a plywood and then foamed over that which was great. He wanted to do it all on one day but he told me that the longest part of the job is to wait for the foam to heat or something before putting it into the roof. I told him that I'd like to do it if he would give me the same price if he would do it all in one day. He agreed to that which was the result was very nice. I was very happy with them

We recently had a backyard project and hired Milton to do the job. We had 15 yards of dirt and mulch added to our backyard. He and his crew were great ! He was in by 8AM and done by 3PM. He is very good about communication. We had to email several times because WE needed to postpone the date. There was no problem with rescheduling. His team was fast, efficient, and clean. They used the blower and swept our driveway, so there was hardly a trace left. We would definitely hire Milton again in the futur

Contacted Grime Busters (I love that name!) about pressure washing. Spoke to owner of the company. He was very helpful and informative about what needed to be done. He explained that he had previously owned a painting company in Chicago area (I think that is where it was) so he knew just what needed to be done to our house to get it ready for painting. He gave us a day and time that he could come out to give us an estimate. He was here when he said he would be and measured the outside of the house. He also explained more about what they would do. Later that day he emailed me a detailed estimate of the cost and scope of the work. I had contacted several other and quot;pressure washingand quot; companies and felt that Grime Busters was the most professional and knowledgeable and was fair priced. We decided to have them do the work and we were able to schedule for the coming week. On and quot;game dayand quot; the owner and one helper arrived as scheduled and had all equipment and supplies with them. They have a BIG pressure washer and large trailer etc. They put safety cones in the street around the trailer and had flashing lights on on the truck the entire time. Very good safety practices. The work went well and all was cleaned up and left in very good condition. The only and quot;badand quot; part of the entire process was that we, of course, had to wash the windows after the washing. It seems like the products they used to wash the house put some sort of film on the windows. We have not able to get that film off as yet. I don't know how many more times we will have to wash all the windows outside in order to get them looking good again. That is the only and quot;down sideand quot; to our experience with Grime Busters. We would for sure hire Grime Busters again should the need arise
