It was a good experience overall. I had to have them back one time due to a roof leak where they put the line through the roof. They came back promptly and got the problem fixed properly and quickly.

The original work on our gas line to the stove was not up to code and did not have an approved permit from the city, unbeknownst to us. Dustin did the job right and the inspector signed off the permit the first trip out. I can't say enough good things about him

They did an awesome job. Work is clean, quality and cleared inspection. They organized the permit and inspection. Some confusion at the end regarding the final switch over from old lines to new lines (we removed the old lines to use them for other projects). We had to call them and request a Saturday stop in to complete the job. Apparently the workman thought the gas company needed to switch the lines? However that was nonsense, not sure where that confusion stemmed from. He came out on Saturday to connect the lines after a brief chat on the phone. Other than the confusion at the end we loved the support from the office staff and the work that was completed. We even organized a second smaller job a week later with the same workman. We will definitely use them again for our future bathroom remodel

Super friendly when you call in to make your appointment, the technician was super nice, and everyone communicated very well with us, but the cost seems ridiculous. $93 dollars to run an and quot;air test on 1and quot; gas line where 15 lbs. held, 1/2 hour.and quot; We also asked about connecting a powder room sink that is already connected - just needed a little work to get it up and running - and he wanted to charge us $100 for that. They just seem pricey but they seem really nice

The estimator was out within a couple of days of my contacting the company to review the job and give me an estimate. He was very professional and willing to listen to my ideas and also make suggestions of his own on how best to complete the request. Within two days I recieved the estimate through e-mail and was pleasently surprised at the price. On the agreed upon date, Carlos and his partner Juanito arrived and immediately began working. Carlos explained exactly what they were going to do and assured me that the damage to the drywall would be as minimal as possible. The took exceptional care to cover all of the floors in the affected areas. The cuts made in the drywall are very fine and require only light topping mud to close. Throughout the entire process, they invited me to look over their work and make sure I am happy with the results. This is an incredably professional company who I want back for any other plumbing needs I have

Had talked with company on a Friday afternoon but the estimator wasn't in. He called me back on Monday morning. We set up a time for him to come over and look at the job. He came over Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning I had the estimate in my email. I called him back, again it was on a Friday :), he returned my call Monday morning and we set up for the plumber to come Wednesday morning. The plumber called me 15 minutes before he arrived at 8 am. He went right to work and was done in 2 1/2 hours. I was very please with everyone I had dealings with

They answered our call over 4th of July weekend. Benjamin (owner) did all the work. He explained everything so I would understand not only what he was doing but how to maintain plumbing necessary. What a relief to finally find a plumber that is honest with pricing for services as well as equipment. I have already recommended him to friends and am now comfortable and confident that should any other plumbing problems arise, I have a company to call. As an aside, his work was so good that I asked him for recommendations for other work I needed done

Several months ago SW Gas moved my meter from my neighbor's driveway to the side of my house, in the process they cut off gas to one side of my house. A contractor friend rigged a good temporary fix and I got an estimate from one of Tucsons better known plumbing contractors: that sent me into a deep depression. A few months later SW Gas decided to leak-test my system--it's a fifty year old house so everything leaks--and subsequently shut off my gas, that was on a Wednesday. The same day I called Plumb Plumbing to get an estimate. Joey came out early the next morning and we went over where and how I wanted the new gas lines run. Unlike the competition, his attitude was: "You know what you want and it's code, we'll do it ." On Friday they had an estimate for me, on Monday they started work, Tuesday afternoon they were finished. They put the new lines exactly where I wanted them at LESS THAN HALF what their competition quoted me. It took for Pima County and SW Gas longer to do their re-inspection than it took Plumb Plumbing to do the whole job. Need I say more.
