Comment: I have four sets of six feet casement windows. 3 of the sets have one side that I was told that need total rebuild (all 4 sides) The other 5 halves need bottom piece of wood replaced or just painted. I have a palladium window over my front door that needs some of the wood replaced. All of the windows need painting. Some may need re-caulking.
