"I am not one to usually complete reviews, but I was so pleased with the overall experience of working with Scott and his team that I wanted to share my experience and recommend All Terrain Construction to others. Scott and his team truly care about what is in the best interest for the customer and delivered high quality work in a timely fashion. He gained my trust at the start of the project by sharing open and honest feedback on what I was asking for versus what was "the right thing to do" to ensure I would be the most satisfied with the work he proposed. My project involved replacing a concrete stoop, 2 patios, a driveway apron, driveway, and garage; all of which needed to be set at a specific elevation relative to each other and to my house to ensure water was directed away from my house and to the street. Scott's team was responsible for replacing the stoop, patios and driveway apron and led the effort to create the vision for the project, setting landmarks for the proper elevations, and provide guidance as I worked with garage and driveway other contractors. Scott's team finished their work in the time they promised and delivered high quality workmanship. In addition, one of the things I value most in working with contractors is communication, which Scott excelled at as he communicated with me every step of the project. Scott's desire to please the customer was exemplified by him going above and beyond my expectations by helping outside of what was contracted when he took the time to move and spread topsoil from the patio work around my garage saving me the time and effort to do this myself. I will be using All Terrain Construction for any future concret work I need and highly recommend you contract with them as well!"

"Emmanuel was prompt for the initial meeting for a quote, was very professional and pleasant to work with, and gave me an on the spot quote that ultimately was what I paid for the wqork. His crew arrived promptly on the first day and efficiently tore out the old sod and prepared the surface including leveling it off in preparation for the sod placement the next day. They again arrived on time and worked carefully to lay the sod exactly as I requested, paying close attention to detail, especially around our jagged natural stone patio. "Steve gave me a very reasonable estimate from the start, $1500 less than the other contractor we talked with. His employees showed up on time, performed the work to my exact specifications, with no hidden fees or problems. The job was to tear down and replace a 100 ft. by 2 ft. retaining wall, incorrectly installed 5 years ago, that had collapsed. The job was completed in 3 days, which included digging and installing a proper footing (not done originally), back filling behind the wall with 1 foot of stone for drainage (also not done originally). Adding drain tile and using landscape fabric to keep dirt out of the drainage field. Finally, topping it off with 4 inches of topsoil and grass seed. Excellent work overall!"

"We highly recommend Kore Specialty Concrete Services. Owner Art Kore and his nephew Kyle were very professional in every way. They were on schedule every day and took great pride in their work. Art and Kyle explained what they were going to do and did it exactly as promise. Floor preparation is the most important step and they were very meticulous, plus the concrete grinding was dust free. They filled the small cracks and spalls, which were exposed after the grinding, with polymer cement instead of hiding them when applying the decorative flakes. They did an outstanding job at a very competitive price. We love our garage floor, thank you Art and Kyle."
