"We hired Journey Builders after talking to many different roofing contractors. Many were awfully expensive but Mark, the Roofing Specialist who spoke with us, spent a lot of time letting us know what we needed and how we could go in stages at a reasonable price. That we didnâ t need to do everything all at once. We were in control, and he made us feel so comfortable with him and his company. We were able to talk about every part of the project and be involved in it. He called me every day with the updates and if there was anything going on. He explained everything and let me, and my mom asks as many questions as We wanted to, and never got upset with me or my mother. He was a gem. Mark fit right in as if he was part of the family. The warranty officer for the air conditioner said he did an exceptionally excellent job. The roofers were exceptionally clean and respectful. They cleaned up everything before they left every day.
