Great service overall, very good communication, and very good work.
We paid for the tuneup of our heater. That was done fine. There were some recommendations that we did not choose to go with.
Very professional and polite.
Ihave not yet bin billed for the service yet. the guys were very professional and did the work in a timely fashion .
Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable pros, a little on the high side for price.
This company is stellar. From the initial call to the installation, I experienced nothing but professionalism from everyone. The men who installed the insulation were punctual (that means a lot to me as I'm a tight schedule) and efficient. My husband and friends were impressed with their work.
Ryan and his team installed a bathroom fan ductwork for us. They were reasonably priced, quick, and friendly. Would hire again.
A totally amazing specialist Jessie worked on multiple projects I had and always exceeded any possible expectations! Highly recommend to anybody with any needs. Absolutely great service!
They did exactly what they quoted me they would do. My only complaint was that it was hard to get a hold of someone once we made our first payment. I had to call half a dozen times to figure out when they were coming to install the heater.
Jeff is amazing, transparent, thorough, and polite. Would 100% recommend him without hesitation. We had a different HVAC company out for the same issue. Their technician was here for ~4 hours, had little experience with boilers, and walked away quoting us $800 (in addition to the $150 it costs for the diagnostic) to replace a part he was "fairly certain" was the problem. Since that visit did not fill us with confidence, we looked for other companies and found Jeff and Resolute Plumbing and Heating here on Homeadvisor. Thank goodness we did!! From the first contact with him on the phone he was open about his thoughts on what might/might not be causing the problem. Clear about pricing, and very accommodating in scheduling. On the day of the appointment he was here for about 2 hours, much of that time he spent educating me about our system, and left having solved the problem with a simple repair he did on-site, not replacing the entire part. He was friendly, straightforward and a thoroughly enjoyable person to have around that entire time. His time and expertise to SOLVE the issue cost us less than what we paid the other company just to do a somewhat uncertain diagnostic. Thank you Jeff! You are our new go-to, and we are so grateful for your time and skill.
Fantastic. Definitely work with them again
Innovative Comfort Systems installed the hydronic heating system in our new hi-end custom house in Leschi/Seattle 5 years ago. We had been having intermittent flash cold-water issues during showers that were unexpectedly occurring, despite annual service. The company honored their work and provided us with an entire new heating system at no cost to us. They stood by their work, and provided exceptional quality service to us. They showed up on time and did the work they said they were going to do. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heating/air conditioning installation or service. So refreshing to deal with a company like this.
Mike's team does fabulous work and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Very professional, and on time.
I really liked their system because they even sent me a picture of the tech that would come out, gave me an accurate timeframe and their communication was overall, excellent! I can see that the technician is happy and enthusiastic with the company because of his attitude, which really tells you about the work environment and company culture.
Amazing a quick response. Excellent service with great recommendations for the future. Will definitely use again!
Technician Marcus and his assistant explained every step in detail and answered all our questions before starting our duct cleaning. They were very thorough at their work and respectful of our home. Professional & honest service from Pacific Heating & Cooling!
They were great, professional, price was just right
New Heating & Cooling was great to work with.
Nick and team showed up and knocked our project out. They really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for a proper operating system.
The two guys that came to my home did a great job and were polite and respectful! They also cleaned up afterwards and took extra care when using a monster ladder. Thanks again!
Amazing customer service. Submitted a request for our project and within the hour received a phone call to setup a estimated bid. This time of year is usually not busy for them. They were able to fit us in within a week. The price was amazing too. All in all, from the request to the final install, extremely professional and efficient.
I would hire them again you won't be disappointed if you hire them

A furnace generates and distributes heated air throughout your home. A vital part of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system—though it does not cool air—you activate a furnace when you set or adjust the temperature in a room using the thermostat. Furnaces can run off natural gas, oil, electric, or propane.
The average gas furnace lasts 15 to 20 years, though some electric furnaces can last 30 years or more.
In addition to furnace type, your unit’s lifespan also depends on its size and the heating system you have—two-stage furnaces are more efficient and less likely to break than single-stage furnaces.
Having a reputable HVAC technician perform annual furnace maintenance and inspections can help ensure you get the most out of your unit. And, as always, change your filters regularly—a dirty filter can block airflow and overwork the motor.
You should change your furnace filter every one to three months to help maintain air quality, keep energy costs in check, and extend your unit’s lifespan. If people in your home have dust or pet dander allergies, you may consider changing your filters more regularly. Looking for an even simpler guideline? If the filter is dirty, replace it.
The average cost of a furnace unit is $2,300 to $7,200, plus $150 to $500 per hour for installation. Furnace replacement prices depend on the type of furnace you need, its size, and local labor costs.
If your furnace installation requires new gas lines or additional ductwork, add $250 to $800 for the gas lines and $3,00 to $5000 on average for the ductwork to your overall project costs.
