"Jim is very reasonably priced, works quickly and efficiently, and comes prepared with all the tools he needs to do the job -- including extra miscellaneous parts that may be needed (e.g., cable cords, screws of varying lengths, etc.). He is thorough about cleaning up his work area (including minor messes nearby that he didn't create!), and he helps to ensure things are in useable condition before he finishes (i.e., helping me hide all the wiring neatly behind the new wall-mounted TV stand). Jim also took time to suggest options for future repair needs that he encountered, without pressuring me to take care of them during his visit...and he took care of a few things that he knew he could repair in less than 5 minutes. Most of all, he is friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. I will definitely be using his services again!
