He checked the power to the water heater he disconnected the wire to the heating element that was not working the bottom one and kept top heating running and was able was able to solve the problem until the plumber can come and fix. He is patient and listens well and does exactly what you want. He investigated the problem and took care of it in no time and I am getting great hot water now. He came and did not charge me just to look. Very is very fair priced."
