Competent, friendly, and responsive. And also honest. Chris explained it wasn't worth having a regular contract with him. He also showed us how we were misusing our zone thermostats. Even though he was in demand and couldn't come for several days, he helped us over the phone as best as he could. Then in and out, fixing everything, but also willing to stay to do more than he had to -- we didn't have the manual for the fancy thermostats when we moved in, so we couldn't set the timers properly, and he gave us a step by step set of instructions. Highly recommended.

Nick did an Excellent job. All units were properly sized. Installation work was done very professionally and on time. I requested to add remote control option in a middle of the project and was highly satisfied with solution provided by Bold Mechanical. Would recommend and use their services again.

Recent Review: Because out unit was very old and wiring was confusing, it took him a while to figure it out. Internet connection was a little bit problem. Eventually it worked out well. I could not have done myself. Now happy to have very modern looking thermostat.

Recent Review: The first contractor that was scheduled to do the job was a no-show, so I began frantically calling other electrical contractors listed in our area. Sherlon called me back immediately. After explaining my dilemma, he said he would be able to come over that same afternoon, and it was a Saturday! Sherlon is incredibly personable, and greets you with a big smile. He must be used to the surprise on people's faces when they first meet him, because at 6 ft 8" tall, he is definitely someone you look "up" to. I found him to be extremely meticulous with his work. What I thought would be a simple job, was complicated by the fact that the wires for both of my existing fixtures were coming out of the wall off-center. To install the new lights, Sherlon had to cut holes through metal studs and and re-feed wires through new holes in the drywall. He did all of this unexpected work with a positive, laid back attitude. In addition, he mixed up some drywall patching mud to do a preliminary patching of our wall. This was unexpected, but very much appreciated! In all, he spent about 5-1/2 hours on the job.
