    This was our first time renovating, and we could not have been more fortunate than to find Andy and Arta Construction. We had no idea what we were in for, but Andy was super helpful and patient with us, from the first time he came over to look at our place, to the last day. He always gave great advice, and was also realistic about what was possible and what wasn't. He was super communicative throughout, alerting us to any problems, and then helped solve those problems. We had nothing to worry about the whole time. All of the guys on his team were also kind, clean and polite. Not one of our neighbors in our coop complained! On top of that, we thought for sure that the work would drag on, as everyone told us horror stories, especially during Covid, but Andy's team finished everything in two weeks--right on time. Our new kitchen and bath are beautiful, and we could not be happier! Thank you, Andy!!

    Nick was incredibly helpful and very easy to work with. I live outside of the country now and rent out an apartment to a tenant who needed to get the kitchen sink and cabinets fixed. Nick was easy to talk with over email and was very patient as we figured out how to make the project work. Nick did quality work, and helped get my tenant a working sink again in a tricky situation. I'd definitely use him for future repairs and remodeling work. Thanks Nick

    I have a very detailed, keen eye and respect excellent craftsmanship. Our carpenter from Kitchen Magic, George was excellent at his craft, in addition to being professional, committed, and down right nice. our quartz counter fits perfectly so the template was also executed with professionalism. And, having Amy at the project management helm was value added. Both my husband and I are very organized, but also work full time. When we needed a CO for our HOA, poof it appeared quickly and accurately. Any questions? Amy got back to us in hours, and exhibited both empathy as well as constant cheerfulness. EVERYTHING was on time. If we were to complete another kitchen tomorrow, we'd go right back to Kitchen Magic

    Oz general contracting was responsive and helpful from the first day we inquired about remodeling our bathroom. They came to our house for the first estimate on a weekend to accommodate our schedule, and made selecting our tiles and fixtures easy and quick in their showroom. When the time came for the work to be done the crew always arrived at our house on time, and they were all friendly and professional throughout the project. They made sure to hang plastic and use tarps on the floor to protect the rest of the house as they were working. They even installed a new window and door in the bathroom for the perfect completed look. The bathroom itself took less than a week to complete, and they even finished the project on a Saturday. It came out beautiful and we are glad we trusted Oz with the job

    Mike and his team were professional at all times. Work was performed in a timely fashion. Each day the site was left clean so dust and debris didn't get into the rest of the house. They went down to the studs of the room and reconstructed the whole kitchen. Everything was done meticulously—cabinets. trims, lighting, painting, plumbing. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I am planning to use MVP again this fall to work in my upstairs. I recommend him unequivocably
