    It was a great experience. Brian has assembled a highly capable team, in addition to being very knowledgeable about the crafts of the trade himself. He remained an advocate for us the entire time, and advised when he felt we could scale back on what we thought were necessary improvements, as well as when we should invest a little more. We completely trusted him and his team with the entire process. Reliable, honest, efficient, timely, creative...and the list continues. He made the process easy for us, he found ways to achieve our goals even when they sometimes seemed a bit impossible (running a 220 line for the add'l gas oven we wanted to install in the kitchen!), recommending less expensive ways to approach our grand ideas, being open to all the new ideas we had as they finished each project. Great team too, and all masters at what they do. Very high quality work from everyone who was at our house - Bryan, Mark, Chris, Nick, Sean...they are now like family to us, and we would welcome them back in a heartbeat. A few pictures (with some in projects in progress) are included; rest assured that everything was finished perfectly, and all clean up done, before they left.     Fantastic attention to detail! Completed the project on scheduled date, which was very important to us. Extensive floor and shower tile work is the BEST I've ever seen! (Really, the BEST!) Full explanation of our many questions. Full, professional accounting of materials and labor costs as the project progressed. No cutting corners just to get the job done, but doing everything right. There are always flaws in materials and unexpected issues in any job--they corrected every one of them to our complete satisfaction. Well worth the wait to get in their schedule

    This is the second time that I have hired Marty for a major renovation. His quality of work is excellent. He sent me to work with EW kitchens for the design. They incorporated my custom requests. The tile work completed is gorgeous. There were several COVID related delays (material shortages) and he worked with me through all of them. He is easy to communicate with and discussed pricing changes with me. His pricing is a little higher, but worth the extra quality and care that I received. Every detail is considered and/or discussed so the final product meets expectations. If I ever need major work done he is the first person I call

    It went perfect ! Danny is a Great Master Electrician. He provided lot of information on the recessed lights. He spend lot of time explaining different type of lights with pros and cons and helped us up pick up the right lights for the project. On the installation day, he was punctual and professional. He cleaned up after the work and the end result was exactly what I anticipated. I am very happy with the new lights. Going forward, Danny is our electrician for any electrical work at my place

    First off, everything Westborn electric did is on camera from my home security system. I will never recommend Westborn electric or do business with this place ever again. Extremely rude head electrician along with the owner, Mark. I was told by the owner “He’s moving the pump out of the way and trying to extend it around the pool” in a text after the owner yelled at me on the phone when I have every right to know what is going on in my yard. The pump is not close enough to the box because the short fuse guy goes- I’m not moving the pump! The whole point for this visit was to get the pool running and pass. The head electrician didn’t move the pump at all and the pole they installed- they didn’t even cement down. It wobbles all over the place. Not safe when u have a ton of kids. Just because u r having a bad day and have 30 years in the business- so what- doesn’t mean u take it out on your customers. I did nothing wrong. I offered them water and tried to make sure we were all on the same page which we were not. I never received a written estimate either of exactly what was going to be done, just verbal. The head electrician has a short fuse- not my fault and so what- u do not treat your customers this way and the owner knows he has a short fuse and sent him to my house anyway - why should I have to deal with him? I was nothing but polite to the owner when I met him and to his workers until this head electrician got an attitude - maybe he doesn’t like his job and maybe should not be sent out to do work for the owner regardless of why!!! The inspector said the pole had to be moved 6 feet away from pool. He moves it 5 feet and a little he said. When I called the owner he blocked me because I was telling him how his worker was acting. Very unprofessional and very rude company and an extremely sloppy job and not done according to what the owner texted to me would be done at all. Then the head electrical was like ugh when I asked him to put paid in full instead of just paid on the receipt then started yelling at me to hurry up because they were late. Completely unfair and ridiculous

    It went bad from hello. He knocked on my door and window to my home frantically. He did not call before arriving so naturally I wasn't at the door waiting but he wasn't there for even 2 minutes. I heard the first knock. The second was to a window. I came to the door to tell him to come to the side. He acted like that was an issue stating, I hadn't told him to use the side door and I had not which is why I politely came to the front from the side to tell him to come to the side where the door was now open. Next, he wants to rush to the basement to see a ceiling which seemed standard practice but he's now talking about work he needs to do outside and we hadn't actually discussed the job or what I needed done. Mind you I need some light covers and socket covers replaced and POSSIBLY rewired from inside at best, We had not idea if we needed to go outside. From what I know the house has a ground but he never checked from go so what made him think that needed to be done? I don't know. He stated we talked on the phone and discussed a ground to the house and no, we discussed I needed sockets that may need a ground so come look first. He got upset and said he had no clue what I wanted which made sense because we had not yet discussed it. I was confused how he just knew what I wanted. We talked last week but didn't set an appt until this morning haphazardly which was on him. Setting appointments is his job. I don't work for his company. He stormed off which worked for me because he would never have gotten my business. I would not hire. For professionalism just choose another company

Boy how many time have you heard that and days later ur calling to hear, "oh yeah I'll get that out" little regard for you. That WAS NOT the case i received the quote when he promised. The pricing was in the area I expected so we moved forward. The company employees, Trevor Roger and Jay were punctual. They immediately began working one working on the install of the new 100 amp service in a very confined utility area. The other hard at work in the master bath remodel. They finished cleaned up the work areas and made sure we were pleased with the work. Great job JD gladly recommend u to family and friends �
