Ken was awesome. Shut up on time, very professional, and everyone that comes back to our house to do additional work ask who removed the tile and said the Floors look great. We had all the tile removed in the house and they did additional demo in the kitchen and left the place really clean. We are super pleased with the job and highly recommend

My Lani was nasty dirty river rock. I hired them to come in and lay down vinyl flaking with a polyaspartic coating. Such an amazing difference. It's so clean looking and much easier to maintain. I was blown away with the price. Outstanding job and outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Julio and his crew are the real deal. My project was massive, not for lightweights. I had 3 major surgeries in two years, and my property really suffered. The rip-rap and sidewalk above it had gotten so overgrown, that I needed a crew to clean it up. I interviewed several local companies; they were no-shows, high rollers, only wanted the easy part and to be paid outrageous money for just loading what was already stacked-$1,000.00-$1,350.00. Then, Julio Amaya contacted me, came over, saw what I needed, said he had heavy equipment he could bring and quoted me a price so low, I said Iâ d pay him more than he ask, if he really did what I needed. Not only did Julio & Isaiah clear my property, they totally landscaped it. In addition, a neighbor needed a huge sinking floating Dock taken out of the canal and disposed of-when Julio finished at my house, he got that Dock out and gone in a matter of hours. To be honest, Iâ m an Engineer and not easily impressed, what Julio accomplished for me, was Herculean. Fair, reasonable, professional, and just knockout results. I am so impressed with not only the quality of the workmanship but the speed with which S&S completed our project!! We had our concrete driveway replaced with pavers. Although it took awhile to get the pavers, S&S was out at our house the day the materials came in and had the job complete within two days. Their workers were very efficient and worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied. I will use them again for any future stone work. We have had so many compliments!
