Work was exemplary. Some what expensive for sure but l believe the value over time will outweigh the costs. I'm listed as a preferred customer and as such was told to expect unique discounts on future projects. I will see what that looks like in a few years when l begin my next project.

Patrick was respectful when he first arrived, listened to what we wanted to do to repair a slow water leak in a misaligned master bath, and gave a fair estimate. When the ordered parts arrived, he expertly routed piping systems and replaced damaged sub-flooring. His drywall crew were neat and efficient, and his electricians were delightful as well. He kept us informed of daily progress and the plans for the next day. He arrived when he said he would, and never left a task unfinished. The new tub and surround are beautiful! He was meticulous in the finish work. He is professional all the way! He was ever the optimist, even when I ordered the wrong fixture for the bathroom sink! Minor set backs were taken in stride. I have another project in mind, and he is first on my list to offer it to.
Bobby did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. We have an old house built in 1948 so it has its quirks. He was able to overcome any challenges he faced with our old house and the kitchen turned out beautiful. He listened to our ideas and offered suggestions of his own. It was a collaborative effort. He delivered on all promises, showed up on time and worked hard to give us a great result. He has an extremely strong work ethic and we were 100% confident in his abilities. He is very trustworthy and took pride in his work ensuring we were happy with everything before he would call the job complete. We have since used him for several other projects to include roof replacement and gutters.

Mark & Mike installed my shower stall and did a great job and cleaned up very well. Kelly kept me informed of an changes and listened to me if I had questions. They came when they said they would. I will definity keep them in mind for any other projects that may come up.

After estimates from several contractors "Stan" gave an estimate that included things the others missed resulting in a more complete job. The crew that was sent worked all day without even a lunch break. The did excellent work â ¦ did I mention they did excellent work! They cleaned up everything and didn't say it was finished until we inspected the job and approved. I would recommend Stan the Man LLC and would use them again.
