Mike was prompt, very professional, knows carpeting and stain removal for all types of fabrics, his price was reasonable, he was very careful to be neat and tidy and clean up when finished. He was friendly and very very helpful. We would hire him again in a heart beat. Excellent service and with a smile. He is a top tier service!
