  It went very well, the roofers were polite, cordial, on time and worked until almost sundown. A few also worked in over 100 degree heat on two days. It hasn’t really rained, so we can’t tell if everything is solid, but I’d hire them again from what we’ve seen.

  They charged me $780 for their services. They were pretty responsive and so I liked them. I had no issues. They came and did the work. Actually I thought the price was pretty good from what I had talked with some other people. I think I had called a couple of other people and their price wasn’t that bad. I had tenants in that house and they did it without even having to disturb the tenants or anything. It was still a good experience. My tenant told me that the work looked good and when I went and looked at it, it looked good. My gutters are working and so I guess that’s good. They did good. I will definitely use their services again in the future if I need toshow more

  Work seems to have been done correctly. It took a bit of time to get a quote, and then I delayed in calling them. Eventually we did connect, and I faxed them the authorization. Then I didn't hear for a couple of weeks, and called them. I was told that I would be on the schedule in a couple of weeks. Then I didn't hear anything until suddenly there were guys on the roof. A bit disconcerting to wake from sleep and hear that, let me tell you. But this was a quick job, and I suspect the crew was just told to fit it in at the end of the day when they had a chance. It was done in about an hour. Received a follow-up call the next day to see if work was satisfactory. I would have liked some advance notice, and confirmation that they were going to do the job. Also, the old gutter matched the rest of the siding and trim. No one pointed out that the replacement would just be plain metal, or that there might be other options.   Professional Roofing services is a professional, well-run company with experienced staff. From the beginning, the teams were on time, non-smoking, CLEAN, courteous and always smiling. The work was completed on-time. I am used to setting low expectations for any type of construction crew. After meeting John, I decided to raise my expectations. He exceeded those. He expects perfection from his crew and is constantly monitoring the progress. If things are not perfect, his teams re-do them. Regarding the roof: the process was explained to me, including the potential challenges that might be found. When old wood damage was found, John climbed up to the roof, took pictures of all of it, the good and the bad, and showed me before fixing anything. A received a change order for approval before the work was done. Regarding the patios: we discussed general ideas on what could be done regarding design, space and structure. i then sent John tons of pictures. From there, we agreed on a design, and agreed that as we moved through the process we would have some fluidity to change things as they happened. This flexibility was nice as they were building the patios because once I saw what was happening, I could make better decisions on lighting, materials and color. Use them. They're awesomeshow more

  We had a leak on the roof and knew that it was way past due to get the roof replaced. I called PRS and Peggy scheduled John (the owner) to come out for a consultation. I was immediately at ease with John and scheduled the roofing and other work to be completed while I was away on vacation. John had no problem scheduling the work in my time-frame need with only about a two week notice. All of the work that had to be done by others, like the insulation and removal of rusted out water heater solar panels, was completely coordinated by John, using contractors that he trusted. Our roof now has a life time warranty! The only issue that I had with any of the services performed was with the lack of clean up of the inside of our garage. Two skylights were installed in the garage. The garage interior was covered with saw dust and wood splinters. I called John and he said that he wasn't aware that the garage had been left dirty and that he would send someone out in the next couple of days. Well, no one ever came out, so I took my time getting the last bit of payment to him. Peggy called asking when they'd receive the payment. I told her that I was waiting for the garage to be cleaned (in reality, we had already cleaned the garage ourselves). She said "Oh, no one has come out yet?". I said no. She said that she'd talk to John and arrange it. So I waited. No call from John until he called to say that he was going to the county to put a lien on our house because the final payment never arrived. We told him to come over to the house and we'd pay him. Never any resolution about the dirty garage. With that said, the work that PRS and the contractors did is TOP NOTCH work. The roof is gorgeous. I would totally recommend PRS and would use them againshow more
