Went fine. The guy was prepared and cleaned up well afterwards. May have been a little pricey though.

Over charged me... but glad the job is done. Everything was done properly as far as I know, suppose to last 3-5 years, and was done in a timely manner.

Everything went well. They were on-time and finished within the window they expected. They were able to clean the ducts in the house and identified that the furnace needed cleaning too. They left everything together and clean when they finished.

The customer service staff answering my questions prior to hiring and the staff who cleaned the air ducts were great! We chose San Diego Air Quality because of the pre-inspection in the attic they do, and that they utilize both a negative air-pressure system as well as the brush method. We were originally referred to another company by a friend as being the best best system because they use a heavy duty truck system. However we felt that the quote from them was unreasonable for what seemed like the same work being done. We had popcorn ceiling removed in July and didn't want to turn on the heat until the air-ducts were cleaned. San Diego Air Quality did a fantastic job. They skipped their break and came early due to the expected rain. They provided details of their pre-inspection. We appreciated them relating honestly how clean we keep the furnace so no additional cleaning was needed and showing us the cleaning that was done.

The two technicians, Junior and Jonathan, were VERY nice, polite, friendly, and helpful. They appeared to be very good at their work. They called 30 minutes before arrival and were a few minutes early. They let me know what they found by taking photos of the ducts and vent and explained what was there. They cleaned up any little bits of debris and left everything as they found it. They wore shoe covers in the house to protect our carpet. And very important to us, they took great care not to have the doors open when my cats were around (before I could safely lock them in the bedroom). The person who I spoke with on the phone, Belinda, who did the scheduling was extremely nice and efficient. I wish all service appointments went this smoothly. I highly recommend this company. P.S. The only stumble we had was that our initial appointment got pushed to the next day at the last minute. Belinda was very pleasant about it even when I expressed my unhappiness about the inconvenience. But I saw that we were given a great deal of attention and our cleaning needs were their priority while they were here. Unexpected things come up and can delay a job. It was handled in the best way possible.

Dryer vent was in need of cleaning. The SD Air Quality gave us a price on phone after we described the situation. Some companies that we called wanted to come out with an upfront charge to estimate the cost. The SD Air Quality team of two men arrived a short time before their scheduled arrival and did the job quickly and eficiently. They were friendly, polite, professional and informative. They cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. We have added SD Air Quality to our list of go to service professionals.

It went very well however, after they left, we noticed a clear black hand fingerprints on our white walls near our bedroom vent. We plan on washing and/or painting in the near future so I didn't complain but others may need to be aware of this so they can check the vents and walls near to make sure you have no clear, black fingerprints on your walls. They also did cleaning of our furnace since my son in law was out of state and couldn't do it.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. A great crew that showed up on time, worked efficiently, explained everything and did excellent work. The price was very good and quite reasonable for the work that was completed. The two-person crew used state of the art equipment and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. This is not the type of work to hire an amateur company. Hire SD Air Quality and get it done right.

Had trouble getting filter to fix. Had to reorder several times. They keep at it until it fit and worked around my schedule. Good customer service.

We had recently downsized into a 30 year old condo, doubt that ducts were ever cleaned. Highly recommend these guys. Did deep dive into online research, bought on basis of their QUADCA approach - even watched about an hour of videos from the QUADCA site. 2 technicians were highly professional + nice guys as well. Figured that ducts would be filthy but was amazed at the amount of lint that came out of the dryer vent/duct.

It was great - though they were running late, they called to notify me. It took a bit longer than I expected but I felt like everything was thoroughly cleaned. Enormous and loud machinery is brought in to blow and suction everything out from the ductwork. We'd moved into our new house knowing the former owners had many large dogs and all the vents are on the floor so we knew there was a ton of pet hair in there as well as who knows how many years of debris. It feels clean and I don't worry when we turn on the AC or heat. The men who came to actually do the work were professional and even gave me some tips about vents and I even ended up replacing one that wasn't efficient.

Service went well. The sign up for the service was easy, efficient, with a reminder email a few days ahead of the appointment and an emailed receipt immediately after the service. The team (of two) showed up early, were professional, courteous and had the service finished in short order.

Two technicians came to the home on time, dressed professionally, and very courteous. They explained the work that was to be completed. I showed them the area they would be working in and they got to work. It only took them about 15 minutes to complete because they had direct access to the dryer vents and did not need to clean out the dryer itself. My only complaint would be that the service was a flat rate even though it was less work than normal. But other than that, it was great work and I would definitely recommend them!

They were really good. It was $299 for the vents in our house. Absolutely they were the best price. Anybody else was between 400-500. They came in, did their job very well explained what they were doing. He was good, they were really good. I talk to like half dozens of people, not that anybody wasn't nice or anything. These guys were $100 less than everybody else. That's a significant amount of money. Other people wanted to throw stuff in like clean my dryer. I have another company; we have a warranty and they come do it anyway.

We are delighted to have clean air ducts now and hope we see a reduction in house dust when we run the heater or A/C. Junior and Clarence were careful and thorough and obviously knew what they were doing. They are good representatives of SD Air Quality. We are very pleased, it was a positive experience. Thank you!

The guys were very professional and friendly. The job took them one and a half days to complete, but now we have nice, new vents and ductwork and our A/C runs much more efficiently and effectively.

It was my first time doing the air duct cleaning thing. I think the price is pretty fair from what I heard. The lady on the phone was great. They said they provide an air filter, I never got my air filter. When I get my air filter, I will use them in the future. They said they were going to mail it to me, they were out of that size and they're mailing it to me. The lady on the phone confirmed it but I never received it.
