The rain slowed the progress because the work area was made muddy so owner and crew made adjustments as needed. The work crew was friendly and responsive to my requests. Good suggestion to move AC unit off area to allow best concrete placement. The area looks great. The crew was careful to guard the brick on the house from concrete splashes.- Jan P.

He landscaped two properties: 554 W. Good Hope Circle unit D in Clifton, CO 81520 and 559 South Park Unit D 81520 as well. Everything I have asked of him he has done to perfection... he works quickly... he is always punctual... and most importantly, he is trustworthy and reasonable. I had a bad experience with a larger company in the area, and was reluctant to hire another yard man, but he was doing some work for my neighbor and she recommended him, so I gave him a try. I really can't speak highly enough about him. He goes a little above and beyond what he is paid for, and in this day of poor customer service, that means a lot. The owner/operator, Paul Holden was informative, prompt, took precautions with the current home and property against damage or dirt, etc. Asked plenty of questions about preferences, brought samples and gave me time to decide. NOt afraid to obtain helpers for himself if it is to the home owners advantage to have something accomplished in one day rather than stretching it out over a few (i.e. the installation of the hardwood floor, he had trusted and excellent workmen he could call upon to help him still included in his price.) We came up with a flexible plan of which room to pack up (my responsibility) and work through, then which to move on to next etc. It was very easy to work with the home improvement center, making purchases and leaving them for him to pick up with ID and he could pick up appliances, tile, fixtures etc. on the day he planned to install them. The update/remodel brought the home up in value several times more than what the remodel cost and Mr. Holden is a delightful, trustworthy Christian man who supports his family through his business. Mr. Moots pointed out several issues with the tree that needed addressed. He was very knowledgeable of tree diseases and how to treat them. He trimmed the tree, treated it with systemic pesticide and gave it mineral treatments, via the soil to help it. It is a large, shade tree that we and all the birds love. He and his crew did an excellent job, showed up on time, and cleaned up the work site. He is a licensed arborist with the National Arborist Foundation, which to me is very important

Kelly, our design consultant spent a great deal of time with us and met with us several times to make sure the design was clearly understood. Once work began, Troy, the project manager, kept us informed at all stages of the project. Several obstacles were encountered during the project and Troy kept us up to date and provided suggestions and carried them out. The work crew was knowledgeable and did a great job. They would ask questions anytime there was some uncertainty about what we wanted. The job was completed in a timely manner and met all our expectations. The 25 year warranty is fantastic.
