He noticed our 5 vent boot covers on the roof were bad...he show us pics...then went to the store and replaced them...he noticed the siding on the chimney was also missing sections from the wind...he showed us video...went to the store...got the missing pieces...totally fixed the chimney...he also showed us where our gutters were loose...totally secured them... I called Seamless Gutters by Randy leaving a message twice - once on the office phone and once on the cell phone noting that I heard about him on Angie's List, that I needed a section of my gutters reattached to my house, and left a call back number. I never heard from him. Definitely not what I expected based on the feedback I read on Angie's List.

Integrity Roofing & Exteriors has been helping the people of Colorado for 5 years. We are an insurance restoration company that specializes in going through your homeowner's insurance. Our staff has over 15 years of experience with helping people go through their insurance.
Recent Review:
If you consider using Integrity Roofing for a contract, make certain that you obtain the estimate in writing and a receipt stating that all invoices were paid in full. We had them replace a roof on our home that had been damaged by a hail storm. Integrity Roofing helped us get approved with our insurance company and completed the work on our roof. After we paid all balances in full (estimated cost, plus additional allowances granted by the insurance), Eric heard that we received an additional amount from our claim to cover other damages to our home. He had not contacted us between August and March, but he sent us an invoice for an additional $1500 and threatened to place a lien on our home. Eric has suggested that he is involved with fraudulent activity with this company and pretends to have the customer's best interests in mind. He uses strong language and legal fine-print to prey on local consumers. Integrity Roofing is only interested in profiteering from every job as much as possible. In addition to our own issues with Integrity Roofing, their workers damaged our neighbors' car. They refused to take any responsibility for the damages and have caused issues for us with our neighbors as well. The quality of the product is mediocre, at best, and they use the insurance claim to make certain that it is as expensive as possible.

I signed a contract to do work with People’s Choice Roofing (P.C.R.) in August of 2019 and after 7 months they had still done nothing despite a number of phone calls. Early on, they asked me for half of the money down ($4,500) so they could buy materials for the project. This was not an unreasonable request. Some roofing companies do it others do not. So I gave them the money and shortly after some dealings with my insurance company they began to tell me how insurance companies were abusing their power and that I needed to stand up for my rights and sign a document called an "Assignment of Claim" (AOC). This would enable them to get the funding they were asking for from the insurance company. To sign this meant that I would essentially sign over my rights in dealing with my insurance company to PCR. This did not sound like a good idea to me because I would be giving up my control of the project to the roofer. Even though there was no requirement to sign this AOC stated on the contract, they would not do the work until I signed the AOC. I refused to sign. When I contacted the Better Business Bureau to register a formal complaint, a BBB agent told me that PCR had a “D+” rating and that there was another party who had made the same type of complaint against PCR (ie, losing their money). I called the regional building department and found out that there were many complaints and lawsuits against PCR. My recommendation is not to do business with People’s Choice Roofing!

.Rick measured the gutters perfectly, gave us color options and came out and installed seamless gutters all the way around the home. He did a walkthrough prior to installation to make sure I was happy with the downspout placement and type. He provided an option for the lawnmower to get under the grass easily as well. He also offered to come back out after the first lawn mow to adjust any downspout placements, if needed. Professional, timely, and reasonable rate for a job well done. I would recommend the Guttermeister to my family and friends.
