    Ken the rep for this company is very difficult to work with when he promises work to start on a certain day and 42 days later and no doors no work. After giving him $1736.70, which is 50% of the total of 3473.41 on the 9th of Aug., we couldn't get him to return our calls to find out what was going on. A after calling several times with no communication we called to cancel the order and work. He told us one door would be delivered on Sept 21st and the second door to be delivered Oct 20. We said we wanted to cancel, but but said no cancellations, no refunds, these are special orders. He should have told us this to begin with. After reading BBB ratings for this company a D for failure to respond to complaints filed against the business we feel this company is not a reliable company to deal with. There has not been a proper contract written or signed for products ordered or work to be performed. We will end up in court to get this resolved. UPDATED AS OF 09/25/2022: The work has not started for lack of a signed agreement and signed contract with specifics of the sale and a detail of the goods and services stated in legable, clear and unambiguous language. Ken ordered the two doors without a signed invoice of approval. The invoices we received from his office were from Mountain View Window and Door which were uns8gned quotes. He ordered these without proper authorization. Ken made promises depending on an unsigned agreement to force non refund if there was a cancellation of the verbal agreement. Ken has no signed agreement or contract that makes his comments binding. Quoting an unsigned agreement is not a binding contract. Ken has used deceptive sales practices on at risk seniors to try and make his sale binding

    He was great- the door installs posed several problems as the original door was not set correctly. Dave was able to solve for everything, and the door looks great now, even though he had to remove and rebuild the door frame. He was very punctual, orderly, and experienced in solving problems. I quickly felt completely confident that the work would be done, and done correctly. He worked through my list at a good pace. Dave is also very pleasant, will definitely be calling again when my list builds up

    I'd arranged to get three estimates to replace a garage door at home. Ryan came in with the best price. However, it was not just the price that won us over. He also took the time to diagnose our broken garage door opener and tell us what it would take to fix it. Ryan gives you the sense of a real "can-do" attitude. You can also sense his integrity. He is personable and friendly. Thus, Monument was our choice. Ryan showed up at scheduled. Actually, he was a little early (we agreed on the earlier time). The work took almost precisely 2.5 hours (which he told me it would). He removed the old garage door (and got rid of it) and replaced it with a good quality new door. Ryan also replaced a switch on the garage door opener (which cost $8) and charged $35 in labor. He replaced two sensors for free (since he had the parts from another job he'd completed recently). We were very pleased with Monument and Ryan's work. We'd strongly recommend him and use them again in the future

    Ryan picked up the phone when called, and we scheduled appointment for same day afternoon. However, we has able to come early do to appointment changes on his end. He replaced the springs as a set because it seems likely that the second spring will break soon after first. (old springs were 15 years old). Work was performed fast and professional as far as I can tell. I was very happy with the service

    I used them last Spring. It was very satisfactory. I don't recall the price. I was very pleased as it was much lower than I had anticipated. It was less than a 1000 dollars and I had been expecting something around 1500 dollars. They were quick, prompt and clean. They are very reliable.

    Ryan returned my call promptly. Came to give me an estimate and then ordered the door the same day. He installed it in 3 hours and all of it works correctly and with less strain on the garage door opener than the old wooden, hole ridden door. His price is less than half of the competitor that also gave me a bid

    Chris arrived at the agreeded upon time. He picked up the door from Lowes per our agreement and brought it to our home. Existing door was removed in under an hour. French door installed and very carefully adjusted for smooth operation. Exterior brickmolding installed to allow for screen door if desired. Lock sets installed and checked for proper functioning. We are very pleased with both the door and Chris's work. He is very professional and cleaned up all debris associated with this installation. I heartily recommend Chris for door, window, or floor installation work
