Randy and his guys did such a great job. They took our yard from a dirt lot to a beautiful paved, cemented and colorful lot in 6 days, with new pavers, rocks, sprinkler system and 1500 sq ft of real grass. Us and our dogs love the new yard and look forward to many nights and weekends enjoying it.

Vince was great to work with. He understood what we wanted, communicated well with us throughout the project, and gave us suggestions along the way that made the job easier with better results. We wanted to install a large travertine patio with a pathway to the front, leading to a privacy wall and gate. Vince helped us choose the travertine style and introduced us to a supplier that provided a good value on quality travertine. He and his team made sure the patio was graded properly so that rainwater runs away from the house. Vince recommended a supplier for the gate, and recommended composite slats for the gate to improve itâ s appearance and durability. He designed an economical drainage system to prevent water build-up during monsoon season. When the job started, the Scape Concepts team worked efficiently but with a careful eye on quality, and followed the agreed-upon design plan. They installed travertine on the cement stairs leading to our sunken patio â I hadnâ t thought to do that originally, but it improved the aesthetics of the stair area. They installed a curved boundary around the entire patio area and reinforced it with cement to ensure that the travertine tiles held their position. Lastly, they sealed the travertine tiles with polymeric sand. The privacy wall and gate came last. The team demolished the original 3-foot pony wall, and installed rebar reinforced pillars for the new 6-foot wall to ensure stability. They installed drainage blocks to allow rain to flow through, stuccoed the wall, and painted it to match the house. Overall, the patio and privacy wall look fantastic and extremely professional. We dressed the area up with solar powered boundary lights that give it a beautiful look in the evening. We couldnâ t be happier with Scape Concepts, Vince, and his team. They do great work!

Robert (owner) promptly contacted me and spoke with me about the project. Then he scheduled a time to visit my home and see the scope of the project and take measurements. All the time, he was listening carefully to my needs and wishes, and asking me good questions to assure that we were completely aligned on the project, choosing precisely the right materials to use, etc. We quickly moved on to a written estimate, and Robert was very willing to answer a few last questions. The quote was very reasonable, so we scheduled the work and when an earlier date opened up, Robert called and we moved up my work date, which was great! The crew that arrived (Horacio and Oscar) was clearly experienced, and very professional in every respect. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and they were attentive to every small detail. I am very confident that this beautiful patio and pool deck will look great for years to come, and Robert has been very clear about standing behind his work, should I have any questions in the future. These guys are pros, they do great work, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Communications: excellent I got exactly what I asked for on this project. Worked clean: This project took 3 1/2 days; each day before they left everything was cleaned up. At the end of the project it was like they werenâ t even there with the exception of the new paver patio. Punctual: The work crew showed up when they said they were going to be there and work a full day each day. With the exception of the last 1/2 day This project turned out beyond my expectations for a very reasonable price.

The block fence looked great.. I just was not happy with all the dirt they left in my backyard and the concrete slop that was all over my backyard too. Other than that they did a great job building my block wall they got my wall built in 1 day

Dave and his team are incredible! This was a HUGE back yard renovation (we had a 1/3 of an acre cul-de-sac lot that was 20-yr old plain and boring grass, shrubs, and rock) and they turned our yard into an absolute oasis! The built-in kitchen/grill, gas firepit, paver walkways everywhere and travertine patio are gorgeous surrounded by plants, trees and just a bit of lawn... the complete package! I met Dave completely by chance and was so impressed with his friendly and thoughtful approach to this project we've saved for years to take on. The team was fantastic - friendly and exceptionally skilled craftsmen who tackled each job with perfection. I could not be more pleased or say enough positive things about Balance Landscaping LLC. I purchased a home, and the backyard was a dirt pit with & rocks with four orange trees. Once I found a design I liked, I called Balance Landscaping LLC. to come over and give me a quote. Matthew came out, looked at the design and the backyard, and discussed the work. Matthew had some excellent recommendations and told me when I could expect the quote; when I reviewed it, it was clear and understandable. I called Matthew to discuss a few final details; Matthew thoroughly explained everything and made sure to disclose the time frame for project commencement. Once the work began, the workers arrived on time and put forth extreme effort and care (in 108-degree weather). When I would look outside to see what was going on, I observed a team that enjoyed working together and was very dedicated to ensuring the outcome was perfect and that I was happy. In this day and age, I thought that the combination of teamwork and customer satisfaction was long gone, but itâ  s alive and well at Balance Landscape. The landscaping involved grass, gravel, pavers, bricks, sand, boulders, plants, and a fountain. Every item was methodically selected; each boulder was carefully placed according to the plan. There will always be unanticipated obstacles and unforeseen hurdles in any large job. The true mark of a great business is how it handles these situations. In my case, Balance Landscaping LLC. resolved all unanticipated obstacles and wanted to ensure they resolved them to my satisfaction; I challenge anyone to find a company that cares this much about their work and customer satisfaction. The backyard looks fantastic, and my neighbors cannot believe the transformation; they are very excited to see the final product once the water fountain is installed (I found one and am waiting to get an install date from Matthew). Do not waste your time getting quotes from other landscape companies; you might find a cheaper company, but you will get what you pay for.
