Erik and his team did a fantastic job extending our patio. It was supposed to rain the night after completing the project and Erik assured us that if anything was to be affected by the rain he would take care of the issue right away. Fortunately nothing ended up happening and the extension looks fantastic would highly recommend them, thank you for the work!

Tyler did a very thorough job on our swimming pool's mastic and mortar repair. They went to a lot of trouble to scrape out all the old and deteriorated mastic and mortar, and repaired it with great care. I appreciate dealing with people who are PROUD of their work and work ethic, and who charge a FAIR and REASONABLE price. Definite 5-Star Recommendation from us!

They were two jobs conceptions on this matters her House was cleaned up pretty much fast but her daughter's house was the one that took time he started at 6 a.m. and left at 8 p.m.She's not sure she can recommend them since the fact was $99 what she got quoted in ended up with $130 for house but all Together with her daughter's house came up to $500

The tech was a polite and knowledgeable man who knows his stuff. We needed a chimney cleaning quite quickly as we were having construction done in the same week. He came out the following afternoon and carried out the job in a professional manner. Carried out smoke tests and ensured the chimney was safe. Full certification was handed to us and even advised on carbon monoxide alarms and where they should be placed in the room. Amazing service. Thanks

Brick Experts are really great. Their work is excellent, both brick and stone. They rebuilt half of a brick wall totally destroyed by a vehicle accident . The brick and stonework is spectacular. We also had them rework our stone mailbox taking out the old mail 'container' and installing a new locking mail container. The stones were placed almost exactly the way the original stone mason placed them - matches the stonework on our house. They are truly experts in both brick work and stone work. We plan to use them again on general repair of areas around the house. Customer service is awesome. Communication before, during and after the project was really good. We always knew what was going on and what to expect. Would recommend them to anyone!

I have had their System in my house for about 2 years now. 1) It was a MAJOR upgrade from what I had. It's warm in the winter, and cool in the Summer 2) My heating bill and cooling are LESS. 3) Their pricing was $4,000 cheaper than one place and $6,000 cheaper than another place (That includes a rebate from Texas that you could only get from qualified Installers. There are only a few of Installers in DFW b/c the high requirements can't be met by most of the HVAC installers out there. ) 4) 10 Year Free Warranty!!! 5) Shawn Grazer is such a jolly and humble man. 6) I have called them in on the free warranty a couple of times. They have always been punctual, and it's always been FREE. I haven't even had to fight them for it for a second. They bring up that it's free before I do. They must keep VERY good records. 7) During the February 2021 Texas Snowstorm / power outage that shut down DFW for multiple days, I called them that morning, and they were out that evening. I told them I was fine and I could wait a few days with my 1500 watt heaters, BUT THEY DROVE THROUGH ICE AND SNOW. I repeat the roads were HORRIBLE!!! I can't believe they came that day. #UNBELIEVABLE customer service 8) Yeah I've recommended them to my friends, and Yes they used them. Overall they are hard working, and willing to earn their pay. One of the few companies out their that is not trying to rip off their customers. Chick-Fil-A service but done at a McDonald's price tag.
