"We retained Masterworks Tile to repair a travertine floor that was water damaged. We wanted to repair about 75 sq. ft. of tile without disturbing the rest of the installed tile. Additionally, the damage extended into a bathroom that had walls tiled in 20 y.o. tile that couldn't be replaced. Nick provided an estimate for the tile work and patiently listened to my concerns about wanting to avoid any collateral damage to the installed tile. He assured me that they could and would complete the work and honor my concerns. A subset of the tile had to be polished and Nick found a resource to do that. Nick set a schedule and was on time and brought Alex with him. The project scheduled duration was estimated at 3 - 4 days and that schedule was achieved without any damage to any of the installed tile. Alex worked hard every day from start to finish and his work was exemplary; truly worth of a craftsman. The project was completed without incident, on-time, and was within the estimated cost.
