The ideas we communicated to him were not only executed but consistently improved upon as he brought his experience to the table. His team was great, very friendly, and they worked hard and fast. Each day before they left, they would stack material and clean the job site leaving our yard free of debris which made the remodeling process a lot less invasive to everyday life. Upon completion, we spent a weekend absorbing the beautiful work of Ismael, and came up with our punch list: Absolutely nothing! Superior Homemade our project was a pleasure. I wish I could post pictures. This guys showed up on Monday morning to work on my out of control (lots of weed) backyard. They installed pavers artificial turf pergola by the end of the week. Now, by backyard is ready for the summer and looks great!

They also rebuilt my fence. So easy to communicate with, even when I changed my mind mid project. They were quiet and polite, I hardly knew they were there. They cleaned up afterwards, I could not be more pleased. I will be using them again for future projects.

Carlos and his crew did a wonderful job. They prepped and seeded a 6500 sq ft new lawn for me, installed a brand new sprinkler system using my well, and a drip line for my plants and garden. They were very professional and answer any questions I had during the project. I got lots of quote and they were very reasonably prices and great to work with. I have them scheduled to come back and complete my front landscape and I will be scheduling them to complete my annual pruning and maintenance.

New Era has done a great job for my clients. I know i can count on them, as a general contractor. They listened to what i wanted, provided a competitive price and executed the scope of work. They did everything they siad they would, moved all the furniture and moved it back would hire again, even used the special paint I request

Miguel was very forcoming about potential problems, how he would sovle them and gave us a fair and accurate bid. He stood by everything he told us, and worked very hard with his crew to finish the project on time. I highly recommend them for their good work and honesty.

Andrew, and his wife Sarah, were both very capable and skilled. Andrew came up with several excellent suggestions to improve and simplify the job. It was a pleasure to have them with us. It turned out that they do many other kinds of work (other than fences). I expect to be using them for many other types of jobs too.

Fernando was reliable and worked with me during COVID-19, he adjusted quickly as I changed the scope of the project. The patio pavers are beautiful and everyone loves it. He also did some landscaping for me and I will hire him again. He has integrity in the type of work he complete.

Jonatan was absolutely wonderful to work with! We had a paver walkway installed on the side of our house and the work was top notch. In addition to the work being beautiful, we really appreciated his positive energy as he was a joy to be around. We absolutely love our new walkway and can't wait to work with Jonatan again in the future for our backyard reno.

I had them install about 1000 square feet of turf in my back yard. They were efficient, friendly, and competitively priced. Not much more you can ask for in my opinion.
